Why do you think 'frying' your muscles is the best strategy for making gains?
Never heard of those...but I used to do seated cable pullovers supersetted with dips (palms facing inward)...beast movement...

try them trust me the but like a mutha blows the triceps up too
I do 21's for bench press, pecs are better defined and harder from them now as are the tri's
Don't act like you invented this 21, you seen ronnie doing them for bicep curls.anyway ive noticed tri's need a lot of reps and sets otherwise they dont grow for shits

I was taught that Basile invented 21's for triceps
The 21s are great for juicers, but only for them. A natural has zero benefit from them.
