I'm sure more than a few of you know who Scooby is. Probably the most well-known "youtube guru" on "natural bodybuilding." His videos, which feature home-style workouts with no special equipment (except the occasional contraption he fashions out of every-day items) are insanely popular. He releases a video every week or so, and by this point has covered most topics regarding training, nutrition, supplements, etc. and has a site where all this information is combined into a concise, complete statement on bodybuilding.

For the most part, he seems to give good advice while filtering out a lot of the standard bodybuilding BS.
A couple of things I find odd:
1. He claims to have never been injured, and yet talks about injury prevention and safety more than any other such figure.
2. Following from the last point, the form he advocates is VERY strict and slow, even to the point of absurdity sometimes (ie not going below 90 degree flexion on squats or leg extensions).
3. Claiming a weight of 240+ lbs at 6'3", fairly ripped is a bit suspect.
4. Skin / water looks really thick for a natural, but what do I know about these things...

What a bunch of retarded fags on youtube, really wanting to believe you could achieve that physique naturally. Good luck expending 1-2 years hurting your social life and wasting a ton of money on useless suplements trying to surpass your natural limit, until you realize the true.

i didnt even look in video clip,,2 things you need to look at is the checst and fulness ,,at this bodyfat,, this is hormonized lifter,, you never walk around with chest like this at this bf% with fulness like that truly naturaly ,,this is testosterona low doses and anabolics ,,with out looking in the clip it also look like fulness of hgh at 4-5 iu a day but i did not look in clip and wont ,,waste of seconds of life ,,homonized

haha you should see the "skateboard squats" he developed. essentially, he straps onto some dumbells, and sits back, sandwiching a skateboard between himself and a sturdy wall. then he descends to 90 degrees flexion, and comes back up. Sort of like a hack squat.

These are handy but take up lots of space. I bought mine used for $60 and it included 120lbs of weights! I use it for doing inclines, preacher curls, leg curls and leg extensions. Flat bench press and flat dumbbell press I still do by laying on the ground directly. Again, you don't really need one of these and I would advise against buying one but if you must have one you can buy a weight bench at amazon.
Also on a side note...as a natural if you train chest almost everyday or at least 3 or 4 hours a week you can build one very quickly, and same can be said of training biceps or abs. It's not hard to do series of dips, push ups everyday and build such a chest. It's not hard to do seires of biceps curls everyday and develop a huge and constant pump as a result, even naturally.
His lacking arms prove that dude has been focusing on developing his chest from day one and mostly only trained it. Only later did he figure he could do some biceps curls... Dude has almost 0 triceps development.
Either way, dude 's at least doing something positive and not selling some bullshit crap or book. Even if he reeks of gayness he's a lot more interesting than any given steroided loser on here on at the gym. Most of what he advises actually works and is just focusing on the working basics that should get results to everyone.

nothing about that clown looks natural, like van damme guy says, I wouldn't be amazed if their were some pec implants.
