I'm sure more than a few of you know who Scooby is. Probably the most well-known "youtube guru" on "natural bodybuilding." His videos, which feature home-style workouts with no special equipment (except the occasional contraption he fashions out of every-day items) are insanely popular. He releases a video every week or so, and by this point has covered most topics regarding training, nutrition, supplements, etc. and has a site where all this information is combined into a concise, complete statement on bodybuilding.

For the most part, he seems to give good advice while filtering out a lot of the standard bodybuilding BS.
A couple of things I find odd:
1. He claims to have never been injured, and yet talks about injury prevention and safety more than any other such figure.
2. Following from the last point, the form he advocates is VERY strict and slow, even to the point of absurdity sometimes (ie not going below 90 degree flexion on squats or leg extensions).
3. Claiming a weight of 240+ lbs at 6'3", fairly ripped is a bit suspect.
4. Skin / water looks really thick for a natural, but what do I know about these things...
