For anyone who thinks bodybuilding is all steroids and hard work is dead, look at the result of Kai's superior work ethic. Look at Phil taking a back seat and following the superior Kai. Most likely Phil won't even make top six. If he places higher than Kai he will get booed off the stage. I hope.

I am a huge Kai Green fan, BUT out of pure respect for Phil Heath, I have to lay the truth down right here- Kai is just coming off a show, which means he has been mega-dosing. Phil, like Jay, goes low dose most of the year, which is intelligent. He is on cruising dosages, for the time being.
We will see when the 8 week out mark comes around who looks like what. Then compare at 4 weeks out and 2 weeks out. Otherwise you have no clue who looks like what.
That said, Kai is beastly, and i like him to win the Olympia and I have Jay in 2nd with Phil in 3rd, but we will see.
Know you will read this Phil, and it's the most real anyone has been with you on this forum, so respect and hopefully get to work. The olympia will not be a cake walk for you.

Kai's thicker WITH BETTER CODITIONING. Phil will only lose more muscle getting closer to the show. Remember water retention is key to gaining and maintaining muscle, and Kai has less water and more muscle than Heath. I just hope Kai doesn't drop dead from all the shit he's doing to himself.

Really...take a look at themovement---capoeira influenced, called a rasteira...you perform it that way...if you follow or play capoeira you know what to look for and see the movements...
Now, look at how he comes up from laying on his back...most people cannot perform that movement---especially 250+ pound bbers...

If there is this much size difference without Kai doing the same thing at last year's Olympia, then no way Phil deserves to be placed above Kai.
