True. When you have 2 guys and both have awesome genetics, then yes, work ethic comes into play to an extent.

I am a huge Kai Green fan, BUT out of pure respect for Phil Heath, I have to lay the truth down right here- Kai is just coming off a show, which means he has been mega-dosing. Phil, like Jay, goes low dose most of the year, which is intelligent. He is on cruising dosages, for the time being.

We will see when the 8 week out mark comes around who looks like what. Then compare at 4 weeks out and 2 weeks out. Otherwise you have no clue who looks like what.

That said, Kai is beastly, and i like him to win the Olympia and I have Jay in 2nd with Phil in 3rd, but we will see.

Know you will read this Phil, and it's the most real anyone has been with you on this forum, so respect and hopefully get to work. The olympia will not be a cake walk for you.

Kai's thicker WITH BETTER CODITIONING. Phil will only lose more muscle getting closer to the show. Remember water retention is key to gaining and maintaining muscle, and Kai has less water and more muscle than Heath. I just hope Kai doesn't drop dead from all the shit he's doing to himself.

the amount of muscle Phil has right now isn't what he is bringing come Olympia time,just saw Phill 3 weeks ago and its obvious he wasn't on his usual stuff yet. so obviously he will have more muscle not less. Nevertheless Kai will still be thicker

Really...take a look at themovement---capoeira influenced, called a rasteira...you perform it that way...if you follow or play capoeira you know what to look for and see the movements...
Now, look at how he comes up from laying on his back...most people cannot perform that movement---especially 250+ pound bbers...
