i think kai is a short, fat piece of ronnie left over shit, but if he comes in on the money, i can't see phil being placed ahead of him. anyway, phil looks small, is he not running his full O cycle yet?

from his first vid and Flex magazine article *and most of his vids), he "really likes" (his words) overhead one extensions, does tons of sets witht he triceps pulldown, and finishes off with machine dips (front, then backwards)
