The real lesson the trainee got from Kai is what cycle to take to be more aggressive in bed. I'm learning that actual working out and diet has a lot less to do than the right hormones to take. 70% hormones, 10% training, 20% diet (as long as one's getting lots of calories). To think I used to actually listen to bodybuilders and take notes.

I only watched from 10:45 till 11:00 in the video

Kai is the best trainer I think I've ever seen, he blows guys like charles glass out of the water, dude actually understands every single exercise and the purpose behind it and what the proper mechanics are!!! a trainer like this would shave years off people's bodybuilding dreams, he could probably transform your body in 2 months with proper training and no wasted exercises.
Also! Kai mentions a getbig phrase 'no homo' around 9:40
