Women that I know think vascularity is gross if your cutting. When I did my first cutt cycle years ago my girlfriend said the veins running through my arms and chest made her sick. I thought they were sexy though and thats what counts. I used this transdermal underground product from a chemist I wont mention. I worked like crazy. I know it had a bunch of diffrent types of arginine alpha ketogluterate and citriline maleate and a few other diffrent kinds of arginine aalong with a steroid. you used it before your workout and holy shit you would leave the gym a fucking roadmap and it would last almost all night. it was a site specific transdermal
I wish I could still get ahold of that shit. you used it pre-workout and even if you showered it would stay on as long as you had it on for a few hours. it was badass stuff,High doses of oral winstrol.anavar 100mg Injectable primo,test prop, masteron propionate and that crazy transdermal and I would get so veiny after a workout people were asking how I got so vascular. I would also get a flame broiled chicken sandwich and burger plain and put a few salt packets on each sandwich and it made me a walking roadmap. My girlfriend hated it! Im more of a bulk cycle guy for this reason

I'm vascular as hell, especially in my shoulders and arms, but nowhere near that.
I make a conscious effort that every time I go on a date with a girl for the first time or whatever, I try to make sure I'm covered up, as it does repel the women as fast as Vince Goodrum does having bewbies bigger than the girl I'm approaching.
It's a genetic thing to some degree (especially in my case), low body fat and also if you pose a lot or tense your muscles at work (I do a lot of gripping and have an extremely active gig) or while you're working out.

Very low bodyfat plus a good pump.
Tensing and flexing after a good workout can get them really popping out. Veins in arms and shoulders look cool, same for thighs and calves. Lower abdomen veins is where it starts to look freaky.

Looks like drug induced varicose veins. Caused by bad valves in the vein. Look at elite wrestlers, distance runners and sprinters. They all are under 8% body fat and none of them have this vascularity. Some is expected but when it's extreme to me it screams drugs.

i could never get the full muscle look Dave had. we trained in the same gyms til he headed to LA in 1990. he was only about 225 offseason, very lean, but i remember thinking i'd have to be about 280 to have his roundness. Dave is about 2 inches shorter than me.

People here wanna believe it really is "all drugs" hence the lack of disrespect for a lot of guys who make it somewhere in bbing. After messing around with a little juice myself I can honestly say there is sooooooo much more to it than injecting yourself with some hormones. You look at a lot of the guys who've made it far in this and you could tell from a very early age that they loved training and that their bodies responded tremendously well to it like hazbin over here.
Sure drugs will have their place but now your body has to respond to them without getting sick or just getting side effects from them. Your body has to be able to sustain the amount of stress it takes to train with heavy weights. Because you will get stronger as you grow there's no way around that and some people can be very prone to injuries/muscle tears....this factor is overlooked. Then there's all the eating you have to do.... :-X Sure I love to eat but it will become a chore and very expensive when trying to get to or maintain a certain weight.
After all that your body SHOULD grow proportionately and have a pleasing look. You bodybuild 24-7 only to get on stage to be judged by someone who's probably fat and out of shape and probably doesn't even train. The competitive aspect of this I never really understood but I get it...respect to anyone that goes that route....it's not easy.

haha, it's funny you mention the forced feeding. now i go all day, usually til seven at night without my first meal. it's actually a luxury to be hungry after being so full day and night, force feeding for decades

honestly i eat like shit. my girlfriend makes me a great supper every night, but other than that it's a lot of coffee all day, tons of water, (i think i'm addicted to it) probably 3 gallons a day, and then usually a quart of icecream at 4-5 am because i havent' fallen asleep yet. i've had a sleep disorder pretty much my whole life. i wouldn't have a clue what my caloric intake would be, but the way i intake calories seems to be putting some fat on me, even tho it has to be far less calories than in the past

I suffer from a sleep disorder too....might be similar to yours. When I started training I made it a point eat whenever I woke up to pee and now I can't go a night without waking up at least a couple of times to eat something. It's like I programmed my body to be eating constantly...automatical ly wake up every 2-3 hours to eat.
I find it much easier to control my caloric consumption in the day when I'm not half asleep. So like you, I don't even bother eating breakfast or lunch as my first meals have been around 4 in the afternoon recently. I'm more strict with this if I'm trying to keep bf down or if dieting of course.

ya, i tried the prescription ones, and they worked for about 4 days. then i heard about guys taking 8 of them every night so i quit taking them. i take tons of melatonin and any other natural serotonin precursers i hear about

i had a lot of back problems a couple herniated discs, fractures etc. i got some relief from doing a cat like stretching movement on my hands and kness and while laying on my back i pull my knees up one at a time for another stretch. and when i drive i use a back pillow seems to help.

because i do think so.
examples, flexing the abs so hard it stops bloodflow, then flexing muscles very hard for very long while holding breath,i swear this worked for me.
or,you know when you flex the shoulders against own chest,this stops bloodflow in arms,and then pumping the biceps, my veins feel like they going to explode that way.
i wasnt always as vascular as these days, while i was even leaner when younger.

as far as saving the spine, mine was fukked by the time I was a teen. between motocross crashes, jumping off roofs high enough to blacken my eyes, and trying to lift everything I saw it was destroyed.

it was for me, took me very very long to figure it out.as ive said i still havent figured out proper way for the quads.
sometimes i manage it randomly, but cant do it consistently, maybe hazbin has some pointers on that ???
basicaly,the principle is simple, its like stopping bloodstream with a cord,or belt.just doing it by flexing the muscles in a way to squeeze the main veins.
works very well even if fully carb depleted.after carb load it becomes painful wuite quick,for me atleast.
