Ok some of you have been on here for WAY longer then I have. Why is it that the same questions keep coming up about diet. I mean really???
The same 4 or 5 compounds are mentioned almost daily and the basic eat whatever you can get your hands on idea.
Most people didn't believe it to be true but they probably will when Kuclo turns pro at the USAs. Yeah he was on here following the advice right along
with his wife (eating ice cream right before bed).
 
Any more sushi recommendations by the way...oh and what do you do about the whole numbness in the hands from gh by the way? Does it just go away?

Kuclo is one of many, some pros or upcoming pros physiques just screaming gh15 :)

i don't get really what you consider clean and what not, i mean sushi german and such are high quality foods rich in calories what isn't so called "clean" about them?

well I know this mantra is repeated ad infinitum over the internets by broscientists all over the world, but where is the evidence? How do you know its not the GH doing this? Is any bber doing insulina alone that have this problem? Last but not least, is there even a reasonable theory or hypotheses behind this claim that its the insulinas fault?

There is a guy in my gym, a famous local plastic surgeon doctor, well in his 50s, that has been on GH at least for a decade that is 8% BF or less and has a H U G E gut. Once I saw him with his shirt off and his abs were fucking ripped but he had this enormous belly sticking out it was the weirdest thing I have ever seen, looked like a turtle sell, very bizarre.

now, Its not hard to believe GH could cause this, afterall its called GROWTH hormone for a reason, it affects even your bones, would not be a suprise at all if it expands your internal organs too. On the other hand, how could insulina doi it? What would be the mechanism? Im very curious to read it.

I'm at 225 @ 5'9.5. About 12-13% BF. I can see all six abs, have 19 inch arms, but do have a little flab on lower stomach since I do no cardio and eat a little junk every night. I do not miss my protein feedings though. I'm on TRT and only have my test levels at average. You can be 220-230 and natural, you just need very good genetics to do so and remain relatively lean.

k guys what i meant was

GH in COMBINATION with a decent dose of insulina makes the huge GUTS.

why dont u guys try it for yourself

take GH by itself you will see your waist will become leaner as in smaller

then a few months later load it up insulina and i dare u to come back and say i'm wrong


I base this info on the long time GH/insulina users at my gym.. just my OPINION

Even for a natural, diet is not that important. I work as a mover for a company that employs artists (musicians, painters), and while a few guys are obviously juicing, most hardly know what steroids are and some of these guys are walking around with crazy arms and forearms. We hardly ever eat a proper lunch at work, some don't even eat breakfast, just roll out of bed and taking an aspirin for the hangover and show up at work. Anyways, while barely eating some are capable of maintaining very impressive physics. All of them are young, like 27 at the oldest. Everyone who is 30+ and doesn't do steriods looks like a little boy, though some are stronger than even the guys who do steroids.

no,, there is some things we dont touch much  such as chocolatos,, plain processed sugar from chokolat is not good for physiqe in big doses,, there ar esome food bodybuild dont eat like chokolatos in large amounts,,im talking plain chokolatos but in regarding to what you say about when camera turn off,, YES,, we add lots to it and majority of us jus tdont eat this way unless prep ,, even in prep its only the final phases where diet is completely clean ,,bodybuild that walk around 6% cant afford to eat clean because eating very clean will make him lose important muscle unless doing nothing but sleep and breath,,its not the case,, we all have lifes ,, we all need to do things in life,, we all have stresses,, only thing we adjust is the DRUGS inorder to create what you see at the end....diet come into account when we want 4% as in very limited time VERY lmited time on lots of drugs and before steeping on stage,, but the diet the clean diet persay is very limited to duration ,, VERY limited

GH in COMBINATION with a decent dose of insulina makes the huge GUTS.

why dont u guys try it for yourself

take GH by itself you will see your waist will become leaner as in smaller

then a few months later load it up insulina and i dare u to come back and say i'm wrong

5'10 180lb 9-10% natural, I've never sene that, that's huge, i'm talking 5'10 160 with a vein through each bicep as thick as my pinky, that's what constantly holding on to 40 pound boxes of books will do to you. It doesn't come from the 150 pound couches we bring up and down stairs, it's the small shit that gives you an all day burn in your arms and forces certain specific muscles to become huge and also increases vascularity and tendon strength that the gym won't give you. By specific muscles I mean, it's the brachialis and not the bicep that gets developed, and it's the muscles that control your fingers in your for arm that swell up and make you have not only a bigger fore arm, but also a differently shaped fore arm. I guess brachoradialist also gets works, but I never feel a burn there, so I dunno

The guys who come close naturally to 5'10 180 with low bodyfat usually are a) black (blacks have their own problems, you gotta be REALLY jacked to be impressive as a black man, so many built blacks walking around) or b) thicker guys, not only wide shoulders but also wide waist, thick wrists, thick ankles... these guys are strong and heavy but they don't look good. The best naturals in terms of looks are people who make the little muscle that they have look good. Obviously you know this, but the guys who can hit 165 5'10 6 % wouldn't be Mr O in a natural world, it would be the guy who has the bones of a frail little 120 lb guys EXCEPT his muscles happen to have more receptors or something, his tendons happen to be short, he has the double coincidence of having a small waist and wide shoulders. These guys are weak and not naturally good athletes.. maybe tennis but not football, but these are the guys who happen to look the best.

This is such good news.  I have been doing twice a day cardio, lifting weights, and eating clean except here and there for something sweet.  And I know when I start work again I won't be able to get to the gym that often and be at my ideal weight.  I pack on weight fast, I only think about it and I gain weight.  Thanks Mr. gh15 you have made my future so much livable.  My life doesn't have to revolve around the gym all day and taking naps cuz I'm so tired afterwards.

34. Was off juice for 5 years and realized I was getting weaker and losing muscle the last year especially. Got my test checked and it was almost zero.

I'm interested in determining dosage tipping points as it relates to diets.  After getting to a stable hormone level finding at what the effects of underfeeding and overfeeding as a function of increased dosage. It would be fun to run a medical research lab.

Well you hit the nail on the head!  5'10" at 160-165 lbs!  Clearly a natural and yes he can eat whatever he wants because if he is eating twice a day and doing HIT cardio (basketball) for 2-3 hours, he will almost always be in a caloric defecit or an extremely low caloric intake no matter what he eats!  It's not a difficult thing to JUST BE LEAN.  Bodybuilding physiques are whole other world though...

People who naturally hold little water under their skin don't know what they have. I mentioned a friend who benched 190 weighing 130 at 5'8", he also held very little water or fat no matter what. He considers himself fat now at 145 lol, yeah he's got some softness on his belly, but if you look if look at his arms, he is still dry as fuck, almost grainy. When he was ripped to the point where if he pulled his shirt against his belly you could see his 6 pack, his skin looked like that really thin pale dough you get on your dumplings if you go to a high end chinese place. Oh well, at least I'm naturally veiny lol
