as do I but would never think of doing it with DB's
i do use a thumbless when im warming up with db's from time to time but i think that would take a lot to get used to...
just seems kinda dangerous to me

its alot more comfortable to me, it lets me drop my elbows a little bit and take some stress off my shoulders and allows me to use more weight.
take your arms and put the up like youre going to bench press with your thumbs around the bar. Now rotate your arms until so that your thumbs are now on the other side of the imaginary bar. Youll notice that while your wrist only moves an inch or the position of your elbows actually moves a couple inches.
