What's the point of doing thumbless grip anyway ? (seriously..)
its alot more comfortable to me, it lets me drop my elbows a little bit and take some stress off my shoulders and allows me to use more weight.
take your arms and put the up like youre going to bench press with your thumbs around the bar. Now rotate your arms until so that your thumbs are now on the other side of the imaginary bar. Youll notice that while your wrist only moves an inch or the position of your elbows actually moves a couple inches.
