BOMBACLAT DON BULLSHIT ME!!!!@
He only eats 4,500 a day to maintain his size

Of course, consistently eating that much a day is basically nonexistent in pro BBing, that's another lie to direct attention away from AAS/gh towards food/supplements. Some guys on a good fun day will eat that much but it is by all means not a consistent thing

Zack Khan is not only IRON DISCIPLE APPROVED, but my fav. competin' bb'er right now. 8)

That video was actually pretty entertaining and the food looked good.

"Bombaclat" eh. Was that really necessary to put in the title? How about we put a stop to that word right now. Sound good?
-
Poor guy starts wheezing bad from 6:30-7:00
-
ya, nobody needs that much food to maintain their size. but getting in 10,000 cals in one day is pretty easy if you choose the right foods.

If I was a director in hollywood I would want to get my hands on that guy. He could play a good thug role. A role where he doesn't do much talking just grunting and look scary.
-
actually picture him in one of those british gangsta movies like snatch or layer cake. i see a speaking role there.
-
Zack Khan is the coolest Pro right now! 8)

He hasn't competed yet...
hes competed many times as an amatuer and did turn pro and looked pretty good doing it....Just hasnt had a chance as an ifbb pro---- because of his recent injuries..

what kind of injuries he suffered of?
-
He appears to have either 'Downs Syndrome' or F.A.S (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) ~ and I'm sure he is boat-loaded with all the best hormones.
He doesn't get ramrodded like Philsulina, but I would imagine he runs the same shit and then some.

He's got a great sense of humor. Even posted here a few times under MuscleZac.
When's he competing again?
-
Aren't his legs all fucked up, or his knees or some shit?
Who knows, he'll prolly be on stage soon. I wonder if he lost any of his endorsement contracts through all the trauma. (?)
-
For those asking about injury and sponsors. this is from nutrex website:
On June 8, 2010, Zack sustained a major injury while hack squatting 700lbs. In both knees he tore his patella tendon. He underwent surgery only two days later to have the detached tendons repaired. Nutrex stands fully behind Zack and supports him to help ensure a speedy and complete recovery on his journey back to the stage as an IFBB Pro. Both Zack and Nutrex felt it would be beneficial to document the Underground Monster's recovery process, struggles and achievements along the way.

OK, I'll bite. For the sake or argument 1,000 calories per meal is doable. What's so hard about 6 meals?
Breakfast= monster omelet
Brunch = ice cream
Lunch = In & Out
Snack = large shake w/MCT
Dinner = steak and salad (large portions)
Snack = large smoothie
calories= 6,000 easy
-
Zack Khan is a parasite who lives off welfare in the UK and supports ISIS.

nothing if you eat like that
if its dry ass chicken breast, undercooked rice and raw vegetables, different story.
i like zach cause of this interview tho. just another nail in the calorie counting bullshit coffin.
it simply doesn't add up, never does. zach khan supposedly eats 4.5k a day and is a monster. drew rice (check him out on youtube) vlogged 30 days of eating 5-8000 calories and didnt put on an ounce. yeah he runs a lot but by any measure thats a massive surplus.
just have to establish a baseline and track changes. trying to calculate it all beforehand is a disaster.
-
many who claim to eat 6000 cals a day simply don't, they may eat it for the odd day but to eat so much food depending on your size would simply overload your digestive system, you body can only process so much and the stomach needs to empty, if you keep trying to eat when you are full you will simply be sick.
Also the body can only assimilate so many nutrients, it also only manufactures new muscle tissue at a certain rate, everyone's different (genetics)
If you are not genetically predisposed to assimilating nutrients and creating new tissue, no amount of calories are going to help you
You need to work out a calorific intake that allows you to make gains but not get fat.
-
a lot of fat people probably eat 6000 calories or more
and theres a lot of fat people in the world
-
One can not talk about massive amounts of calorie intake without link it to insulin usage. Eveyone who pins fast insulin before eating, will eat alot and absorb all that food.
-
It's easy to rack up thousands of calories when eating cheap, processed American foods. This is why people that are on welfare are somehow obese as well.
-
Was it you who claimed on another thread that a bodybuilder gained 40 lbs in two days after a bodybuilding show and died?
How is it possible to gain 40 lbs in such a short amount of time?
You would need to put a minimum of 40 lbs of food and drink into your body via the mouth, and 40 lbs of it would have to be assimilated into the body cells. Over a two day period. That's 1.25+ lbs of food drink consumed per hour, every waking hour for two days.
It seems implausible.
water retention , FFS I hope that was a troll post...

Zack Khan doesn't know shit. It all depends entirely on the individual. In my early 20's, I tracked calories. I would consistently consume 6000 - 6200 per day. This was to maintain around 230 - 235 lbs. I struggled to gain anymore weight than that, and it was physically tiring trying to consume that many calories per day. It can be done though, and is not very hard.

How many grams of protein do you think I should eat if I'm 250 lbs about 10% bf?
-
what was your bodyfat %?
9-10
-
In the early 90's I tried that Leo Costa routine where the daily caloric intake was 6,000+ cals/ed...I got to about my 2nd week and couldn't go past 5,000.
I was essentially eating while sitting on the bowl, workout, eat then shit again.
-
9-10
9 or 10% at 235lb????
Have you posted a picture yet, depending on how tall your are thats very impressive.
-

Youre not, so its irrelevant.

most ppl dont know their bodyfat and just say around 10% if they got a half set of abs and veins

No, I have never posted a pic, and never will. Zero pics of me on the internet, and I intend to keep it that way.
I'm 6' 3", not very impressive. Also, the stats above were long ago. I've since given up force feeding myself and obsessing over lifting weights. I'm a happy 185 lbs now. :)

so now you are a schmo...
At 6'3 you will need a higher amount of cals than someone 5'10, still 6000 every day is taxing anyones digestive system.
As I said before, most people who say they eat 6000, may do it the odd day of the week, they certainly dont do it every day, and TBH if they do they atre just getting fat or shitting it out before it has time to convert into fat.

What does Bombaclat mean?
I believe it's a technical term from Jamaican Logic denoting a specious inference. For example, say Glennroy commits the fallacy of affirming the consequent, Jamarco would correct him by stating that his argument is spurious: e.g., "Foofool, Dat's bumboclaat, mon."
-
Tbh be there dropping a lot of truth in this thread.

From a gimmick with 52 posts that was quite a comeback.

So you are telling me they consumed at least 40 lbs of water/food in two days?
And the body was able to incorporate 40 lbs of it into the cells?
In two days?
Would you like me to post pictures of a light heavyweight bodybuilder who lost 28lbs in 24 hours to make weight?
Something tells me you have never dieted.
I used to go out clubbing on a Saturday night years ago and lose 14lb overnight and put it back on again by Sunday night

water retention , FFS I hope that was a troll post...
So, I waited a few days to dredge this up because I wanted to get some informed opinions on this.
The gym I train at has some physique/bodybuilding competitors who also train there. Yesterday (Saturday morning), three of them were there: a physique competitor who is an IFBB pro, a guy who competed as a bodybuilder and is now doing physique and a trainer who competes as a bodybuilder. They are fairly open about their cycles with me. (Even though I don't juice, I am a gym rat.) The physique pro claims to be natural on his facebook page.The physique pro just did a show not too long ago. I had been waiting for the opportunity to ask one of them about the numbers you posted in this thread and previous threads because they just didn't seem quite right to me. I specifically asked about losing 28 pounds in one day. They all said that they had never heard of anything like that and that they couldn't do it. I asked them about gaining weight after contests. They said they usually put on about 5-7 pounds the day after a contest and could go up 15 in about a week. None of them had heard of going up 40lbs in two days. They didn't take any special precautions in regards to binging after a show, but they said the first meal after a show causes major shits. Also that part of the reason to do cheat meals is so you avoid indigestion/upset stomach when you start eating junk again.
Now, I'm not saying the stuff you've said could NEVER happen, but it doesn't appear that it's considered common.
