In germany, you can get 21 days per year out of jail when you're in jail. To "re-socialize" better. ::) ::) ::)
There was a prominent case of a group of guys that robbed money transports in Germany over years, with rocket launchers and automatic weapons, they couldn't catch them, only after one of the guys got OUT of jail eventually....
They had been in jail all the time, got out together on "vacation", robbed a transport and got back into jail the next morning after hiding the money for years. Nobody caught them because who would look for a criminal who already is IN jail. ::) ::) ::)
Germany is fucked up.

It is quite simple: If you are something like mass murderer and serve time in Finland for example, your sentence would be quite epic 15 years in prison. If you behave, meaning you don't do another homicide in prison, after 7,5 years you star to get vacations from the prison. First you get weekends of, then longer periods of time few times a year, and you can go where ever you want, but you have to come back to serve your time. Surprisingly some of the criminals doesn't return in the prison, they return in their old hobby and murder more people. Then they serve few years more, and get new vacation. We have cases when child molester has rape children's while they are on vacation from the prison, there has been murders and all kind of crime, but system stays as it is. In this summer there was 4 murderes on loose because of this ridiculous system.

This is plot of a British film with Peter Sellers called "Two Way Stretch"...Three convict escape from prison for a single night to commit a diamond robbery, (a transport robbery no less) then sneak back into prison to have the perfect alibi.

He will be considered criminally insane, and will remain in an institution for the rest of his life. Same thing as serving life.

In Sweden the staff in the section of the worst sex offendors in the country has to go to Counseling to be Reminded that they are working with Criminals. Since apparently its easy to forget while playing ball with them, working in the kitchen, and doing other activities. Kinda lika a vacation "we have a good time" says the staff..

I wonder why these fuckers get to have a kitchen and play ball in the first place, if they are the worst sex offenders you should put them into a black hole and whip them regularly with a leather ox whip.

I like the castration option. It's gruesome but seems fitting -- at least, for adult on adult sexual abuse. If it's a child offender, anything less than a Mozambique drill's severe underkill ;)
-

In Germany they had this system that criminals who were thought to be unable to "re-socialize" by a psychiatrist could be held in prison until they die and not let out after the usual 15 years of "lifelong imprisonment", but Germany's highest court now decided that this practice is against the constitution, so ALL of them have to be let out of prison at ones, even the ones that say they don't want to go out because they fear they might hurt someone again.
Isn't that great?
ALL of the worst people that psychiatrist have decided to be never let out again are going to be free because some fucking pussy ass judges think it's "to hard" for those people to die in jail.
Sick country, sick sick sick.
-
In sweden I dont think it matter how many you actually kill, doesnt change the sentence, so kill 1 or kill 20, doesnt matter..
-

If it's a repeated offender, yes, all the way.
The problem is that rape and especially rape of children is in reality VERY hard to make sure you have the right person. You could have a one night stand and on the next day the girl goes to the cops and claims rape. You two had a little rough sex, were a little drunk, she wasn't too wet, sperm is there, abrasions are there, BOOM, you're a rapist.
There was this case of a divorce where the mother told the kids many many times they were raped by the father to get the kids, it never happened, but the kids testified in court the father raped them.
He was in prison for like 20 years until one of the kids finally spoke up and admitted it was all lies and the mother had talked them into saying this. They were ashamed and didn't really know if it had happened or not because they believed their mother. Rare case, but can happen.
But i 100% agree, if you get caught red handed or 100% sure i.e. sperm with your DNA on a kid, OFF with the balls.

Nice.
Then once you are at it, better keep going.
Another case from Germany, John Demjanjuk, former SS guy, caught in the US at 90whatever years old, Germany fights for a long time to have the old sick man brought to court in Germany for complicity in the murder of over 28,000 Jews whilst serving in the SS, and then the fucker gets sentenced to 5 (!!!) years in jail.
However, the court ordered him released pending appeal. He is now living free, in a German nursing home.
Imagine that!! They catch one of the last living people of WW2 and instead of showing the world that they want to punish these people, he gets 5 years but is free.
They should have given him 28000 times lifelong jail sentence, WTF that old geezer is 91 years old, he will die after 3 months in jail anyways, but the message is a lot different.
German judical system is a fucking joke.

Now this I'm a little hesitant over. I've heard of cases like these. I think it really depends on the position of the person in the war and how old they were. Sometimes I feel like they are simply imprisoning somebody's grandpa who was under the hypnosis of Hitler when he was 18 and following orders from his superior.

really? didnt know sweden was so restrictive, my first thought when I heard this was how in the world do you kill 80 ppl without getting shot?
then I heard about it being at a kids camp which makes more sense but still if ppl were allowed to carry you would think that at least one or two of the camp employees had a gun or access to a gun that the camp kept just in case...
sad story man, any idea of motives yet?
-
I'm really surprised they bumped it up from seven therapy sessions and sharing a Toblerone with a homeless man.

happened in norway not sweden... He had two guns on his name, so the laws might be alittle bit different there, but guns are not Common.
Place looked like this
(http://static.panoramio.com/photos/original/3540337.jpg)
And alot the kids were camping in tents
and no one was armed since as I mentioned that kind of shit is not common in swede/norway, considirng it was a political camp I guess they should have had a gun on site imo. And the weather was horrible so it was impossible for choppers to go there right away.
No motives yet, something political I guess. He wants to "explain" himself they said though

The important thing in the Demjanjuk case is that he was actually convicted, not the severity of the sentence. He didn't kill 28000 persons of course, maybe not even one, but he was there when he could have deserted from duty.
He was not a nazi, but he was a war criminal.

Point taken, but nevertheless i think he should serve his sentence and not live in a nursing home getting his ass wiped by some eastern european nurse.

http://news.yahoo.com/norway-police-arrive-90-minutes-firing-began-205033309.html
OSLO, Norway (AP) — Police arrived at an island massacre about an hour and a half after a gunman first opened fire, slowed because they didn't have quick access to a helicopter and then couldn't find a boat to make their way to the scene just several hundred yards (meters) offshore. The assailant surrendered when police finally reached him, but 85 people died before that.
Survivors of the shooting spree have described hiding and fleeing into the water to escape the gunman, but a police briefing Saturday detailed for the first time how long the terror lasted — and how long victims waited for help.
The shooting came on the heels of what police told The Associated Press was an "Oklahoma city-type" bombing in Oslo's downtown: It targeted a government building, was allegedly perpetrated by a homegrown assailant and used the same mix of fertilizer and fuel that blew up a federal building in the U.S. in 1995.
In all, at least 92 people were killed in the twin attacks that police are blaming on the same suspect, 32-year-old Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik.
"He has confessed to the factual circumstances," Breivik's defense lawyer, Geir Lippestad, told public broadcaster NRK. Lippestad said his client had also made some comments about his motives.
"He's said some things about that but I don't want to talk about it now," the lawyer told NRK.
Norwegian news agency NTB said the suspect wrote a 1,500-page manifesto before the attack in which he attacked multiculturalism and Muslim immigration. The manifesto also described how to acquire explosives and contained pictures of Breivik, NTB said. Oslo police declined to comment on the report.
A SWAT team was dispatched to the island more than 50 minutes after people vacationing at a campground said they heard shooting across the lake, according to Police Chief Sveinung Sponheim. The drive to the lake took about 20 minutes, and once there, the team took another 20 minutes to find a boat.
Footage filmed from a helicopter that showed the gunman firing into the water added to the impression that police were slow to the scene. They chose to drive, Sponheim said, because their helicopter wasn't on standby.
"There were problems with transport to Utoya," where the youth-wing of Norway's left-leaning Labor Party was holding a retreat, Sponheim said. "It was difficult to get a hold of boats."
At least 85 people were killed on the island, but police said four or five people were still missing.
Divers have been searching the surrounding waters, and Sponheim said the missing may have drowned. Police earlier said there was still an unexploded device on the island, but it later turned out to be fake.
The attack followed the explosion of a bomb packed into a panel truck outside the building that houses the prime minister's office in Oslo, according to a police official
"It was some kind of Oklahoma City-type bomb," said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because police hadn't released the information.
Seven people were killed, and police said there are still body parts in the building. The Oslo University hospital said it has so far received 11 wounded from the bombing and 19 people from the camp shooting.
Police have charged Breivik under Norway's terror law. He will be arraigned on Monday when a court decides whether police can continue to hold him as the investigation continues.
Authorities have not given a motive for the attacks, but both were in areas connected to the Labor Party, which leads a coalition government.
Even police confessed to not knowing much about the suspect, but details trickled out about him all day: He had ties to a right-leaning political party, he posted on Christian fundamentalist websites, and he rented a farm where police found 9,000-11,000 pounds (4,000-5,000 kilograms) of fertilizer.
Police said the suspect is talking to them and has admitted to firing weapons on the island. It was not clear if he had confessed to anything else he is accused of.
"He has had a dialogue with the police the whole time, but he's a very demanding suspect," Sponheim said.
Earlier in the day, a farm supply store said they had alerted police that he bought six metric tons of fertilizer, which can be used in homemade bombs. That's at least one metric ton more than was found at the farm, according to police.
Police and soldiers were searching for evidence and potential bombs at the farm south of Oslo on Saturday. Havard Nordhagen Olsen, a neighbor, told The Associated Press that Breivik moved in about one moth ago, just next to his house and said he seemed like "a regular guy."
Olsen said he recognized his neighbor in the newspapers this morning and said he was in shock.
Meanwhile, Mazyar Keshvari, a spokesman for Norway's Progress Party — which is conservative but within the political mainstream — said that the suspect was a paying member of the party's youth wing from 1999 to 2004.
Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg called the tragedy peacetime Norway's deadliest day.
"This is beyond comprehension. It's a nightmare. It's a nightmare for those who have been killed, for their mothers and fathers, family and friends," Stoltenberg told reporters Saturday.
Gun violence is rare in Norway, where the average policeman patrolling in the streets doesn't carry a firearm. Reports that the assailant was motivated by political ideology were shocking to many Norwegians, who pride themselves on the openness of their society. Indeed, Norway is almost synonymous with the kind of free expression being exercised by the youth at the political retreat.
King Harald V, Norway's figurehead monarch, vowed Saturday that those values would remain unchanged.
"I remain convinced that the belief in freedom is stronger than fear. I remain convinced in the belief of an open Norwegian democracy and society. I remain convinced in the belief in our ability to live freely and safely in our own country," said the king.
The monarch, his wife and the prime minister led the nation in mourning, visiting grieving relatives of the scores of youth gunned down. Buildings around the capital lowered their flags to half-staff. People streamed to Oslo Cathedral to light candles and lay flowers; outside, mourners began building a makeshift altar from dug-up cobblestones. The Army patrolled the streets of the capital, a highly unusual sight for this normally placid country.
The city center was a sea of roadblocks Saturday, with groups of people peering over the barricades wherever they sprang up, as the shell-shocked Nordic nation was gripped by reports that the gunman may not have acted alone. Police have not confirmed a second assailant but said they are investigating witness reports.
The queen and the prime minister hugged when they arrived at the hotel where families are waiting to identify the bodies. Both king and queen shook hands with mourners, while the prime minister, his voice trembling, told reporters of the harrowing stories survivors had recounted to him.
On the island of Utoya, panicked teens attending a Labour Party youth wing summer camp plunged into the water or played dead to avoid the assailant in the assault. A picture sent out on Twitter showed a blurry figure in dark clothing pointing a gun into the water, with bodies all around him.
The carnage hours earlier in Oslo, when a bomb rocked the city where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded, left a square covered in twisted metal, shattered glass and documents expelled from surrounding buildings.
The dust-clogged scene after the blast reminded one visitor from New York of Sept. 11.
A 15-year-old camper named Elise who was on Utoya said she heard gunshots, but then saw a police officer and thought she was safe. Then he started shooting people right before her eyes.
Elise, whose father didn't want her to disclose her last name, said she hid behind the same rock that the killer was standing on. "I could hear his breathing from the top of the rock," she said.
She said it was impossible to say how many minutes passed while she was waiting for him to stop.
At a hotel in the village of Sundvollen, where survivors of the shooting were taken, 21-year-old Dana Berzingi wore pants stained with blood. He said the fake police officer ordered people to come closer, then pulled weapons and ammunition from a bag and started shooting.
Several victims "had pretended they were dead to survive," Berzingi said. But after shooting the victims with one gun, the gunman shot them again in the head with a shotgun, he said.
Earlier, the police official who spoke on condition of anonymity said the attack "is probably more Norway's Oklahoma City than it is Norway's World Trade Center." Domestic terrorists carried out the 1995 attack, while foreign terrorists were responsible for the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
The United States, European Union, NATO and the U.K., all quickly condemned the bombing, which Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague called "horrific" and NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen deemed a "heinous act."
"It's a reminder that the entire international community has a stake in preventing this kind of terror from occurring," President Barack Obama said.
Obama extended his condolences to Norway's people and offered U.S. assistance with the investigation. He said he remembered how warmly Norwegians treated him in Oslo when he accepted the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009.
Britain's Queen Elizabeth II wrote to Norway's King Harald to offer her condolences and express her shock and sadness at the shooting attacks in his country.
A U.S. counterterrorism official said the United States knew of no links to terrorist groups and early indications were the attack was domestic. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation was being handled by Norway.

Possible Israeli Connection to Oslo Attacks - by Stephen Lendman
On July 24, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen suggested a Mossad link, saying "ample evidence" of its involvement exists.
Anders Breivik, the alleged bomber/gunman, calls himself a Christian conservative interested in hunting, body building and freemasonry. He's also expressed strong pro-Israeli views, hostile to Palestinians and Muslims.
Government business records name him the Breivik Geofarm director. Norway's media call it a farming sole proprietorship, cultivating vegetables, melons, roots and tubers.
The Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang quoted a friend saying he became a wing-wing extremist in his late 20s. He's now age 32. The paper also said he participated in online forums expressing strong nationalistic, anti-multicultural views.
On July 24, the UK Daily Mail said:
"According to witness accounts from Norwegian media, people have described shooting incidents in two different areas on the island, one with a handgun and the other with a 'sniper rifle.' However, there is uncertainty whether the guns belonged to one gunman or there was a second involved."
In the confusion, no one was sure, but the possibility is real, given the implausibility that one person killed over 90 people singlehanded. Perhaps there were multiple undetected gunmen. Police said they don't exclude the possibility.
Madsen connected Breivik to Pam Geller and Richard Pipes, "ciphers for Israeli intelligence and propaganda elements....provid(ing) a clear link between Breivik and Mossad, which is under orders to stage false flag attacks to garner support for Israel against Palestine, Cyprus and Norway being the two most recent examples of Mossad-staged attacks."
On July 19, Voice of Russia broadcasting headlined, "Norway to support Palestinians - Norwegian FM," saying:
"Norway will support Palestinians who are set to press for recognition of the independence of their state by the United Nations, says the Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store."
In January, Store said:
"Norway will be among the first (European) states (to) recognize (an independent) Palestin(e) when there is an act as an international team" to do it.
He also said:
"We are working to develop the economy of Palestine," and believe the political process toward peace can be successful."
Heading a committee in charge of raising international aid for Palestine, he added that Norway is committed to rallying donor help to build Palestinian institutions.
His July comment followed talks with Palestinian National Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas, adding he believes independence is no hindrance to Middle East peace.
Earlier in July, Norway's Dagbladet newspaper quoted Labour Party-affiliated Workers Youth League (AUF) leader Eskil Pedersen saying:
The "time has come for more drastic measures against Israel, and (he) wants the Foreign Minister to impose an economic boycott against the country," adding:
"The peace process goes nowhere, and though the whole world expects Israel to comply, they do not. We in the Labour Youth will have a unilateral economic embargo of Israel from the Norwegian side."
Dagbladet said:
"The AUF has long been a supporter of an international boycott of Israel, (and) the decision at the last congress demands that Norway impose a unilateral economic embargo....and it must be stricter than before."
Last August 24, Reuters and Haaretz writer Shuki Sadeh headlined, "Norway government-run pension fund drops Africa Israel group shares," saying:
"Norway's 450 billion euro oil-riches fund has excluded two Israeli firms involved in developing settlements, as well as a Malaysian forestry firm, on ethical grounds, Norway's finance ministry said on Monday."
Excluded are Africa Israel Investments and its engineering subsidiary Danya Cebus. Both are controlled by Lev Leviev, billionaire Israeli businessman, involved among other interests in constructing Israeli settlements.
Norway's central bank-managed fund follows ethical guidelines, excluding investments in companies producing nuclear weapons, cluster munitions, environmentally harmful products, building illegal settlements, or abusing their workers.
The fund specifically said Leviev's Danya Cebus subsidiary engages in settlement construction in East Jerusalem's Har Homa neighborhood, as well as West Bank Ma'ale Adumim and Modi'in Illit settlements.
The fund said its "Council of Ethics emphasizes that construction of settlements in occupied areas is a violation of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War."
Finance Minister Sigbjoern Johnsen added:
"Several United Nations Security Council resolutions and an International Court of Justice advisory opinion have concluded that the construction of Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territory is prohibited under this Convention."
Africa Israel replied, saying neither it or its subsidiaries engaged in West Bank settlement construction for some time, whether or not true. At the same time, it left unmentioned its East Jerusalem projects, where Israel steals Palestinian land for settlement development.
In 2009, Norway's pension fund divested in Elbit Systems, an Israeli defense electronics firm, because of its involvement in building Israel's illegal Separation Wall.
On March 29, 2011, EuropeNews headlined, "Norway: Socialist Left Party to Vote on Motion Calling for Bombing Israel if it Acts against Hamas in Gaza," saying:
Former Finance Minister, now Education Minister Kristin Halvorsen's Socialist Left Party (SV), (part of Norway's three party ruling coalition with the Centre Party and the Labour Party) supports a measure supporting military action against Israel if it attacks Hamas. Part of its statement said:
"The credibility of the world community in its confrontation with (Gaddafi) is undermined when there is no reaction against other states in the region (that) commit injustices against (their) civil population. The greater world community must therefore also react against Israeli air attacks on the Gaza strip."
The proposal didn't get majority support but shows Norwegian concern for Palestinian rights. It suggests why Breivik targeted Labour Party children on Utoeya island. The previous day, they held a pro-Palestinian rally. Foreign Minister Store met with them, and while there, children told him Norway must recognize Palestine. In response, he said:
"The Palestinians must have their own state. The occupation must end. The wall must be demolished, and it must happen now."
Breivik expressed strong hatred for Muslims and others with left of center views. His recently opened Twitter account posted a single July 17 comment, quoting John Stuart Mill saying:
"One person with a belief is equal to the force of 100,000 who have only interests."
However, at issue isn't him or his views. It's who planned the attack, perhaps used him (among likely others) to commit it, and why.
Derailing Palestinian independence and de jure UN membership, as well as retaliating against Norway's backing both, its divestment of Israeli assets, and its criticism of Israeli policies combines a trio of reasons perhaps behind the Oslo attacks.
Increasingly, it looks like Mossad's fingerprints are all over them, perhaps cooperatively with CIA and/or MI6. Massive car bombs are one of their specialties. They're experts at these type operations, using convenient stooges for plausible deniability, usually without their knowledge.
Spread the word, and keep the pressure on Israel and its Washington paymaster/partner, masters of mass murder crimes.
