Jay is the highest payed bodybuilder in the world. He's the ONLY bodybuilder that makes that much money. Don't think Ronnie made as much when he was at the top because Jay is white and more appealing.

forget Jay's ability as a bodybuilder, he is a very good business man, and knows how to make his money work for him. He has maximized his position in this industry and does everything possible to generate as much income as possible off of his image. Most athletes in the world don't do this kind of stuff and that's why once the ball or weights get put down, the money just starts to dwindle.

That can`t even be called a brick house. Its all a thin facade. They didn`t even put the thin facade on the sides. No land to speak of. The construction is just absolutely horrible and repulsive. I have 14 Foot Floor to ceiling windows wooden windows, the same ones from 1850 with the same wavy glass.
The crappy vinyl windows on that house won`t last 15 years.

You would love where I live. The entire town is Nationally designated as an Historic District. My house was built for the Grand-Daughter of Francis Scott Key, author of the National Anthem. Her Father was Congressman Daniel Turner. Colonel McDowell was then the next owner. General Bragg, chief military Advisor to Jefferson Davis house is down the street, along with General Ransom and his brother who was also a General Ransom. Robert E. Lee stayed here, his daughter died here, his purchasing agent and diplomat for England for large ships and supplies house is down the street. Behind the Ransom house is a Horse Track, where Sir Archie, the greatest Race Horse in history lived, sire of Man O` War, Secretariat, all of them, and start of the Blood line you see of all the champions today including the current champion Big Brown. Sir Archie was Colonel Johnsons`s horse. Andrew Jackson would come and purchases his horses there. All of the Plantation houses still stand. I could go on and on. The Confederate Flag was designed right here in town. I have a flag pole out front and I fly General Robert E. Lee`s Headquarters Flag out front.
I could go on and on...

Knowing I have the self-satisfaction that I came from nothing only to not only earn my keep but to contribute to society with dignity and create my own wealth, knowing that no more than 10 years ago I didn't have a pot to piss in, going through a divorce with with a then 3 year old that I raised on my own.....to owning a $1.5mil home on the beach and one in the desert (Palm Springs), having my son in private school with a 3.6 GPA and with really the only debt is my house payment, everything else is paid. Now...you tell me. If you picked "B", you're a lazy fuck with no ambition in life and thinks its okay to have shit handed to them with a sense of self-entitlement. NEXT!!

I left a TON of History out, stuff that is so interesting that I would love to share. Its the details that never make it in mainstream History books and it is in these very details where history becomes alive, a living and breathing, colorful world that is sadly, only glossed over and taught in black and white. Perhaps I will start some sort of History thread on the General Board.

oh no.. we have had numerous offers for the book and order but we have refused.. he fought in the 1st virginia infantry and lost his foot at pickets charge.. when he "recovered" he was fitted with a cork prosthetic and transfered to the artillery where he stayed until the surrender.. he enlisted before the seven pines battles and served all the way through.. have his uniform coat, pistol, sword, and even his old enfield rifle before he went to the artillery.. he actually never surrendered.. before the surrender was agreed upon he and a few hundred others escaped between the lines and headed for the carolinas where johnson was still fighting.. he arrived just days before johnson surrendered and knew it was over and headed home.. he stated he would never take the oath and never did..

Welfare recipients are not lazy as they are required to work, single parents 30 hours a week minimum, Two-Parent families, 35-55 hours a week. These are requirements in order to receive aid.

The NAHB says that most houses have three bedrooms, one fireplace and are sided with vinyl or aluminum. Some billionaires' homes have more than a dozen bedrooms, and the only vinyl is in the rare-record collection housed in the custom-built listening room.
Yet as extravagant as some of their mansions may seem, the homes of the super-rich are not out of proportion to their wealth. In fact, comparatively, they can seem downright modest.
According to the National Association of Realtors, about one-fifth of a household's wealth is composed of home equity. Let's say that held true for Warren Buffett: The mastermind behind holding company Berkshire Hathaway (nyse: BRK.A - news - people ) is second on our list of the World's Richest People, with an estimated net worth of $44 billion. If he sank the average 20% into his home, the property would have to be worth...oh, approximately $8.8 billion--roughly the gross domestic product of Iceland.
Instead, Buffett lives more like a millionaire than a billionaire. For nearly 50 years, he's bedded down in the same Omaha house he bought for $31,500. Although far from elaborate, it is still more than adequate. In 2003, the local assessor pegged its value at nearly $700,000. Buffett disagreed--he thought it was worth closer to $500,000.
Buffett's not the only penny-wise homeowner on the list. Ingvar Kamprad, founder and former chief executive of home furnishings giant IKEA, is a notorious tightwad who drives a second-hand Volvo. His house in Lausanne, Switzerland, though hidden behind a high hedge, is said to be surprisingly unremarkable. He does indulge in winemaking at his small vineyard in Provence, but has been known to complain that it's an expensive hobby.
