Jay is the highest payed bodybuilder in the world. He's the ONLY bodybuilder that makes that much money. Don't think Ronnie made as much when he was at the top because Jay is white and more appealing.

forget Jay's ability as a bodybuilder, he is a very good business man, and knows how to make his money work for him. He has maximized his position in this industry and does everything possible to generate as much income as possible off of his image. Most athletes in the world don't do this kind of stuff and that's why once the ball or weights get put down, the money just starts to dwindle.

Been lookin' for it for years but no luck. It's quite obsolete these days though, as Jay has since the video bought new cars, renewed the backyard of his house etc...

He probably has investments in things other than weight training,...probably a few rental residences,...Equities,...maybe some bonds.
