BigMike: can you tell us a bit about your training?
I train 4 days a week, in a heavy duty type way. For chest, back, legs I will do 3 sets until failure and for arms and delts 2 sets. Nothing fancy. Failure usually means 8-12 reps. I am trying to beat the shit out of my calves and hams for next yeaR

I like Cyp, Tren, A50 and NPP. I dont do a lot of shit b/c I hate taking shots! Tren is great, but the sides suck! I get night sweats so bad. Plan on trying some GHRP/CJC this fall.

Legs are my strong point. Always has been since I was a kid. Its a matter of getting that hamstring drop. I hit legs once a week on Sunday. Leg Press, Smith Squats, extensions and hacks!

Im 5'6
I try to get at least 5-6 meals a day. Im not a big eater so I cut my portion sizes down a bit so that im not so stuffed! I do have a fetish for chocolate! its my main weakness. When i diet, I will do a long, 16 week diet. I have to slowy eliminate the junk food

I will come off for about 4-6 weeks after every cycle. I like taking a little bit less but for a little longer. HCH, clomid and nolva along with a TON of glutamine and I will add some T3 and clen too. If I cant be big I want to be lean. Back when i was in Ohio, I would come off in the winter and train 3 days a week. Now, in Tampa, I will train 4 days a week. It gets easy NOT to train when im off b/c its hard to get motivated and you're just sore as shit

So my bodyfat doenst go up too much. Im a LOT less motivated to eat good when im off and will find myself eating more junk than normal so it helps

Going to try GH and GHRP/CJC this fall. You read so much about GH and im curious to see the response I get. I have tried doing upwards of 2gr of shit and felt and looked like ass. Plus, I hate feeling like a pin cushion

Mike, how much size/strength do you lose when you come off? Do you ever feel like you're fully recovered when you're off?
I haven't been off for a year now but will be take a break in 2 months...not looking forward to it. I'm hoping to last 2 months off but we'll see lol

The first few weeks are ok, I dont lose that much size, however, I feel like im shrinking by the day. My strength goes down some, not too much, but my joints hurt a lot more. Plus, I dont try and push that hard when im off. I try and do more supersets and drop sets. I do feel a LOT healthier towards the end of my time off and its cool to be able to see your balls again. I never feel fully recovered when im off, but I bet if i took a good six months off I would, but that is such a mental trip.
