Anything over an hr is too long for me, I get in, get my pump and get the fuck out.
A lot of times I'll superset bodyparts like chest and back, doesn't kill my strength too much either.
I see way too many dudes spending hrs at the gym, taking 5 mins btn sets etc...
-
i train so late, it's barely legal.
-
Get in, get it done in an hour and go home and eat.

Ummm that's called "stretching" ;)
-
45-60min tops.
-
I used to do 2 bodyparts a day, cardio, then sauna (co-Ed) spent a good 3 hours did that til I was 30.... :-\
Then I can to the realization I still looked like shit, so now it's one bodypart a day 45 min, 40min cardio and go home...... Cardio is what takes up the most time for me in the gym now that's if I do it daily
I get same results today with less lifting I guess it's due to muscle memory an maintaining
-
I can knock out chest and back in about 45min to an hour. Smaller bodyparts like delts and arms take 15-30min but legs take about 1.5 hours, mostly b/c of how long I rest
-
45 min if I am alone
1h-1h15 if I train with someone, usually it takes a bit longer to gets all the sets done.
when I am alone I rest for about 30 seconds max between sets so I am out of there pretty fast
-
2 or 2.5 hours! high volume

2 or 2.5 hours! high volume
gayer than 2hours + workouts ;D
-
One hour tops......many times though 45 minutes.
-
About 2 hours......1st hour for cardio and the 2nd hour for weights......I get up about 4:30AM and get my gymin done before work. At 6-7PM the gym is too packed with 20-something roid boys and every piece of cardio equipment is taken.
-
Depends how long I'm waiting by the mens lockeroom for Gene to drop off my cheesecake.
-
About 10 hours a day.
pays the bills.
-
60-70 mins depending on what I'm training.
-
35-45 minutes.
-
Dont waste too much time between sets, especially for smaller more stubborn bodyparts. Get your shit done and leave, unless you are just there to look at people and make conversation like most.
-
30 Secs today, deciding I'm not recuperated enough (read: to lazy) to work out..
-
45-60min tops.

Yes...yes I do!!!!
-
Usually 1 - 1 hour and a half, depending on the bpart...including any calf, abs, forearms action in there.
Then I walk to my house (or bike) and eat a meal. After the workout it might take as long as 1.5 hours to really eat anything. Didnt hurt at all.

lol agree with nails and cashfan.
i used to spend 3-3.5 hours back when i was enormously ignorant. now 0 lol. but if everything went well and could get pumps and such i imagine 45 min - 1 hr.
-
Hour, maybe and hour and 15 min. Big main lifts are about 40 mins of that, rest is warm ups and accessory lifts.
-
I used to spend 1.5-2 hours, and 2+ hours on leg days, nowadays 30-45 minutes
-
Used to spend 2-3 hours, lifting + cardio.
Now spend 1hr on average, 1.5 hrs at most if Im lifting with someone else. Feel better, get results at same speed if not faster.
-
30-60 minutes dependant.
-
11 seconds
-
30-45 minutes lifting then depending how hot the chick is in front of me on the stairmaster maybe 30-60 minutes more.
-
45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. No more, no less :) :)
-
25 minutes of lifting weights.
30 minutes, or less, of running.
Plowing too much vag to be smelling other guys' ballsweat all damn day.
I know a lot of getbiggers have this 'fetish' , though.

I'm with you about and hour , some times more sometimes less , most people do a set and chat for 10 minutes or are on the phone , and then rise and repeat , and then brag about working out for 3 hours a day ::)

same, I also superset on arm day and leg day.
-
Actually longer these days than ever before. 60-90 minutes. Take more time to warm-up, stretch etc. and do more supportive movements.
-
Get in, get it done in an hour and go home and eat.
x2 always less than one hour.
-
I prefer moderate volume and as heavy as possible each set, huge breaks between sets. I'm done in about 1.5hour average.

Which side the left or the right?

In a minute, right after finishing this post, I am head to the gym to work delts, traps and abs. This is my longest workout each week. I will try to be done in an hour. That's timed from the moment I step on the gym floor to when I head back to the locker room at the end of my workout. Rest time between sets is around 1 minute. These are comparatively small muscle groups so no need to rest much between sets like I might doing leg presses or squats.
