Look guys I am not saying that you will be as big as a guy on the juice all I am saying is that with a proper diet knowing what to eat and when to eat it plus hard training will get you better results than what getting now.
You already have gh15 for juice advice so I do not have to give my knowledge there but for those of you you do not want to use needles I can help you get bigger.

Natural bodybuilding is not rocket science guy, nutrient timing, the right macros, good food is what you gotta do, you just have to be really disciplined. But any bodybuilder, who's on the juice, and is serious about it, continues to do this anyway.
shrimp has high concentrations of glucosamine? that's good advice for a senior citizen, or for an athlete with an injury, but who wants to eat that shit everyday? just buy glucosamine pills, even that has trivial results.

glucosomine has been shown to be a sham anyway, was studies published in uk that showed it had next to no benefits what so ever
everyone knows asparagus makes u loose water, so does high doses of vit c... id of thought most the guys on here know there foods pretty well by now,,
