some things I wonder about, how come deltoids don't get stronger or bigger at all?
Why don't I grow bigger just slightly stronger every year?

You are lean and Ýou have a nice natural base. This would be a great time for you to go on AAS because you could blow up lean especially if hgh is used as well.
Deltoids are either a genetic gift or developed from AAS, as are most muscles actually, but deltoids especially. You just are not gonna have 3 dimensional, capped, wide delts without some AAS. Some products like EQ are even known for their ability to cup your delts.
For your next round of photos, Ill tell you like I told t-bombz, shave! You will be surprised at how much better you will look with a shave and a tan.
Also, good natural legs. You have no "gut" btw, that's in your head, prob from the amount of food you are trying to ea in order to grow, but sadly growth will be limited for you as long as yòu remain natural.

What I like about these steroid talkers is that they are not lying like a lot of bodybuilding writers on bb.com or t-nation with their fake natural stories attributed to supplements and "chinese training" methods as I call it (weird awkward training approaches, just for the sake of misleading the attention away from the drugs)
Since you seem to be a long time natural, you must be aware of "Stuart McRobert" and his writings "Beyond Brawn", do you think I can learn everything about bodybuilding I need to know in this book, or do you recommend some other thing? Or basically stick to simple 5x5 type routines (glenn pendley bill star) like I'm doing currently and eat lots?
On top of what do you think is the proper diet for natural? I read a book on sports nutrition by Benedict Bernadott or something and the segment on bodybuilding nutrition was radically against all you read and hear in "the culture" but maybe that means they're actually right like Stuart McRobert who also says the opposite of the mainstream

In regards to diet I'm the wring guy to ask I've never dieted ever
I just eat as normal people do
Eg yesterday my. Breakfast was 2 eggs bacon beans fried dumplings
A shake after gym
My dinner was pepper steak (Jamaican style) and rice
I don't diet a lot of people have a hard time believing that but it's the truth
I'm blessed with a fast metabolism that runs I'm my family and my body puts on muscle easily
To me lifes to short to diet at the same time I don't crave unhealthy food I love balanced meals MEAT always yams or rice and I love salad and I'm good.

I'm actually familar with McRoberts stuff btw. I like the original Brawn more than Beyond Brawn...he went a bit too crazy (like Mentzer) in avoiding overtraining in the later stuff. The original Brawn is excellent.

I bought it when I was younger but lost it somewhere, can't really remember what he said except for aim for poundage increase in the big lifts at all costs (well except the cost of obesity or health damage)
But I can't remember what sort of routines he laid out
General ideas are good but I need some template routine to start from right
funny you mention mentzer, I watched his entire "underground seminar" on youtube and I was baffled how such a great bodybuilder could say such bizarre things like "training once every 7 days is like magic...some can tolerate even less training"
I like 5x5 type routines because they do believe in less exercise and less volume, but pretty high frequency in the big lifts and that seems to work for strength (i've totally given up on size specific routine ideas)
that's why I said ok ok I will just do this 5x5 type stuff, it looks pretty legit

Yeah Ronnie Coleman is amazing. Too bad he claims to be natural and get his size from the fact he was put on the earth by God to be the greatest bodybuilder who ever lived. That has got to be offensive to true believers, but I am only on the fence about religion soo....

You look in great shape. Don't compare yourself to the temporary bloated drug muscle look. Most of the guys that would criticize wouldn't post a picture unless it was during a drug cycle. They also wouldn't post a picture three months off the juice cause it would look like they never touched a weight in their life.

You look solid, dude - great work! Shredded plain and simple. Good most muscular and legs, especially the seperations. You could need some more mass on the arms though to make them up to pair with your shoulders, and to look more develeoped from the back. Keep it up!

well my girlfriends brother said and he was not joking or being an ass, he was very serious "but if you are a weightlifter, how come you don't have any muscles?" with a puzzled look on his face
he's a pretty fat wide shouldered, pretty big black guy so maybe that's why he has higher standards for size lol

I'm so pale it wouldn't be a good idea to start tanning, light skin people are more vulnerable for melanoma etc
But I did start wearing t shirts that fit better, because too large t-shirt + narrow clavicles + 39.5cm arms = lol bad idea

Wear a smaller shirt, duh.
Im a natural too (never juiced, but id like to), but here are some suggestions for shoulder training.
My routine that made my delts grow:
hammer strength shoulder press 3 sets 8-10 reps
db shoulder press 3 sets 8-10 reps
seated behind the neck (lighter weight, bring bar down to tops of ears only) 5 sets of 12-16 reps
Throw in some (2 sets) side and rear delt super sets at the end. Do this for 6 weeks, then, for 6 weeks:
Clean and press (from the floor)
bar x 8
bar + 25's x 8
bar + 35's x 8
bar + 45's x 8...etc
Keep going until this way (start of light, because the warmup helps greatly in this instance...for your back and your shoulders), until you get to a weight where you can only get it up about 6 times. then go down a little in weight (to where you can get up 8 comfortably) and do another 8 sets. You want about 16 sets in all with this routine. But this wil work. As a natural... i wouldn't waste too much time with the non pressing delt stuff. It never seemed to do much for me.
Another thing to try (if you feel you must do front raises, side delts laterals, rear bla bla bla)... do all those first, and then hit a shoulder pressing movement last for 6 sets. Ego blow weight wise, but you'll get a helluva pump.

There are plenty of juicers who look like complete shit all over but one look at their delts and they're outed as juicers. That round plastic look on delts can't be achieved without roids.
You can see it for example on that Twilight fag, who has a pretty average physique, but one look at his delts and you know he's on the sauce.
