when i wear clothes i look like "does he even lift?"
some things I wonder about, how come deltoids don't get stronger or bigger at all?
Why don't I grow bigger just slightly stronger every year?
Why does it feel like I have a roid gut when I'm not using roid?
Wear a smaller shirt, duh.
Im a natural too (never juiced, but id like to), but here are some suggestions for shoulder training.
My routine that made my delts grow:
hammer strength shoulder press 3 sets 8-10 reps
db shoulder press 3 sets 8-10 reps
seated behind the neck (lighter weight, bring bar down to tops of ears only) 5 sets of 12-16 reps
Throw in some (2 sets) side and rear delt super sets at the end. Do this for 6 weeks, then, for 6 weeks:
Clean and press (from the floor)
bar x 8
bar + 25's x 8
bar + 35's x 8
bar + 45's x 8...etc
Keep going until this way (start of light, because the warmup helps greatly in this instance...for your back and your shoulders), until you get to a weight where you can only get it up about 6 times. then go down a little in weight (to where you can get up 8 comfortably) and do another 8 sets. You want about 16 sets in all with this routine. But this wil work. As a natural... i wouldn't waste too much time with the non pressing delt stuff. It never seemed to do much for me.
Another thing to try (if you feel you must do front raises, side delts laterals, rear bla bla bla)... do all those first, and then hit a shoulder pressing movement last for 6 sets. Ego blow weight wise, but you'll get a helluva pump.
