Hey Bros, current pic taken 5 minutes ago, need your help!! Going on vacation in 3 weeks, need to shred up a bit before I go, I'm trying to maintain as much muscle as I can just need to dry out a bit, any suggestions are welcome, keep in mind I'm a natural so please no need for the up the GH, Tren, Winny or whatever else...any type of dieting or training/cardio strategies?? Please help out broskis!!

Running stairs has done more to build my quads than any lift ever did. Good cardio too. OF course you have to eat to put on the size.

Strike 1-He is wearing a Yankees cap and I'm an ATL Braves fan.

Go4, I'm sure you know this stuff already so accept it as a refresher course.
We GetBiggers can discuss and argue dieting and 'getting ripped' until the skinny cows come home ... but basically it's a simple mathmaticle understanding of The Energy Balance Equation .... with additional comments and recommendations offered by various, but limited, individuals who have managed to sacrifice health and happiness and some exceptionally good meals to reach a body-fat level of 8 to 6% or even less.
Bodyfat loss is easy to accomplish if one determines to get it done, but losing muscle while losing fat is something that could best be discussed by the likes of Che and LeafyBug for example who seem to get it accomplished without difficulty when their mind was set to do so.
Somewhere on my hard-drive I have an exceptionally good and detailed explanation of the Energy Balance Equation which I'll look for if anyone is interested.
Understanding that "equation'" along with some been-there-done-that advice will rip you up more than you ever thought possible.
Back in the good old days when we were relatively stupid, we'd do our best to get ripped by consuming cans of tuna after wringing it completely dry using a nylon stocking.
And a few years later ... consuming little more than raw fish for 8 to 10 weeks.
But now that bodybuilders have smartened up a bit, they simply follow the creed of the Energy Balance Equation and listen to the advice of their few good friends who have been there and returned .... for very few remain there for extended lengths of time

go4 it looks great. he posted this because girls arent giving him the attention he thinks he deserves, thus he feels the need to "improve"...the fact is go4it more than anything needs to grow out the facial hair and chest hair if possible, he looks like a little abercrombie boy. this is a good look to show off but not really seduce fine hoes who crave more manly features
i can relate even when i was in my top shape i thought id get hoes 50 times easier, but the fact was i didnt because i looked like a fag with my cleanly shaven young face. women deep down dont want another girl friend
alot of girls would even say he looks skinny. they like a big more bulk
but if i were go4it i would just maintain and grow facial hair because that is ideal fitness right there

or maybe some people are just smart enough to know that on some people squatting only gives you are large ass and hips, and on other works the quads.
the movement will not produce the same results for everyone no matter how long or heavy your squat.
