Hey Bros, current pic taken 5 minutes ago, need your help!! Going on vacation in 3 weeks, need to shred up a bit before I go, I'm trying to maintain as much muscle as I can just need to dry out a bit, any suggestions are welcome, keep in mind I'm a natural so please no need for the up the GH, Tren, Winny or whatever else...any type of dieting or training/cardio strategies?? Please help out broskis!!
