Steven Seagal was once "Above the Law" but now, he is the law! He was sworn as a deputy with the sheriff's office in Hudspeth County, Texas and he will help control the U.S.-Mexico border, according to the San Antonio Express.

Yes Steven fatass Seagal. It was entertaining watching him trying to catch a young black guy on foot. I think Steve ran about 20 yeards and was completely winded.
