What kind of belt is that? I see those in a lot of strongman videos.
-
Rebhands belts , the same company that does knee , elbow sleeves and compression shorts......
-
On some events I like to wear it under my regular belt , it gives me more stability
like on farmer walks , frame cary , wheel barrow and presses of all sorts
I dont wear belt on stones , tire flip
and only one belt on all deadlifts

Yeah those are the lifts I see it on most.
Am I blind or did I miss yokes in your video?
How much practice does it take to get the movement down right to get the log from your leg to your chest? Looks like a lot of lean back in your technique, is that normal?
This one ???

Its only part one of my 2011 recap , in part 2 there wille be yoke , tire flip , hercules hold , car deadlift ...
I suck at thwe yoke till , lol , Ive got knee surgery done 3 years ago and since i started strongman I always feared the yoke...
My log technique depends of the weight I use , 320 Lbs and under a sometimes justs explode it to my chest without using the 2 movement technique......

My weakest!! Don't remember, do you wrap your wrists for log press? I saw Derek P do it in a video so I tried it, almost dropped the weight on myself!! I found I could "roll" the log up my body from hip to chest with my wrists locked straight.
-
yes i wrap my wrist but only with 6 inches wrist bands , i dont like my wrist to be tight so much
