Title: Should i keep gaining or start cutting?
Post by: lapinsk on October 24, 2011, 07:01:32 AM
i started a mass gaining routine on August 12 an iv put on 31 lbs since then. when i first started i was eating trash to get the extra calories and put on a little fat. For the past month or so iv been cutting out sugars and "white" carbs as much as i can. I really hate being chubby and im thinking i should start cutting in 2 weeks or so. I was just wondering how long a mass building cycle should be and how i should cut (diet and exercise) to avoid muscle loss.

Cut down to low body fat levels...bulk up slowly. Simple
