I often go for a few days to a week or 2 without sugar. So nothing sweet at all, also no sweeterers.
I think it has a positive effect, however I cannot keep it up for longer than 2 wks.
More people should try this, its very healthy if you can keep it up.

I use zero sweetener and zero sugar. Same goes for salt.
Haven't used any for years other than what's included in some foods.

Naturally occurring sugar in foods is fine. Refined sugar is another thing altogether.

not really its just corn syrup its still chemically CHO. just sugar from corn is all, kinda like fruit juice...they should call it concentrated corn sugar, that would be the correct term

Honestly, I never had this crave for sugar. When I was kid, my sisters and brother got candies at weekends... I never ate them. I didn't like them.
Now a days I sometimes might grab a 200g of candies but other hand I can go without it for months.

Haven't touched a refined sugar for like.. 5 or 6 years probably.. Ate a few pieces of cake here and there, had a few cookies... that's it. (I must say that I was a sugar/sweets junkie before that. a complete addict.)..

I'm bloated as fuk for sundays as when I consume simple sugars, I consume them on Saturdays..

Some of us get better mileage than others, if there wasn't an emotional effect of eating food, we might all see that having a "fast metabolism" is not such a fun thing.

I love Mangos, Bananas and Pineapple, also have a big hand full of blueberries every day.
When i diet low carb, even pumpkin tastes so sweet to me, so i don't really need sugar, in contrary, most of the sweet stuff you can buy in a supermarket is way too sweet for me.

Aside from natural sugars I try stretching it out and eating them sparingly.
Even though the wife and I love cooking, it's extremely difficult to avoid all sugar completely. Unless you're trying to go on a crazy cleansing diet I see no point to eliminate all sugars. You can diet just fine with a bit of sugars and carbs. If not, you must be some sort of fat ass with a metabolic disease because of the miserable life choices you've made. And it would suck to be you lol ;D

I eat out a great deal, and here in Japan they put sugar in a lot of dishes, it's not that i really care about sugar, i just go how i feel! Sometimes it's more, sometimes less.

Yep, my Japanese exchange students always said sugar made the dishes taste oishii! ヽ(*・ω・)ノ
Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai cooking all sneak sugar into their dishes too. My mother in law was showing me how to cook her omelets and I was surprised to see her throw a teaspoon of sugar in! She said, in her cute FOB accent, "mo' suga, mo' betta!". Who am I to question her? She's a culinary mastermind. Everything she cooks tastes absolutely amazing.

I can't...I withdraw bad. I consume diet pop when dieting daily.

I can give up refined sugars but I won't give up fruit. In my prep diets, I always had two slices of fresh pineapple on day 2 and day 3 of my 3 day rotational diet. It kept me sane. I would look forward to it.

Pineapple is awesome. Between my wife and gh15 pushing pineapple so hard there's quite a bit of it in my diet.
When I cut down to around 6% or so I ate pineapple almost every day. Perhaps I might have been leaner by purging it from my diet, but fuck it, it tastes too good and is pretty healthy. Between the great taste and health benefits I'm not cutting it either. 8)

are you crazy friend? you wanrt them to die? they all on hgh trenbolona all walking hypos lol from the drugs ,, they NEED SUGAR lol they will lose all the magic of 3 dimentional if they stop taking in the glucose,, you cant just let blood glucose go down lol you will go insane in the head be nervous break down ,, will be about to kill anyoen around you ,, do you know what is bodybuild on hgh and trenbolona ace if he dont eat? after 3-4 hour he become a very very angry fella,,

4-6 small cans of pineapple every day atleast!,,this is best BEST liver protection ,, better than anything any pill anything pineaple is something that is big big factor in bodybuild lifestyle

Yes it probably assists with cutting up. I would cheat sometimes, have 4 slices instead of 2. I honestly wanted to keep eating it. :P

When pineapple is fresh and in season I eat it with crushed peppers and salt. That's how her dad and I always eat it after a huge feast. Cambodians and Vietnamese have used it for centuries as a liver and digestive aid too. Smart fuckers and great culinary artists. 8)

On days where sodium isn't limited, you should try crushing a couple red chilis with a few tablespoons of sea salt to dip it in. The more you crush the chilis, the hotter it gets so taste it as you go. Let it sit for an hour to dry. It really adds a crazy kick. It goes well with mangoes too. I instantly salivate when I think about it lol
The chili salt keeps well at room temperature and I nibble fruits with this when dieting as well. Obviously you know how torturous it is, so anything new and exciting keeps you sane. I keep this shit chilling in a cupboard and it keeps well for a long time. I hope someone tries this because it's a killer way to eat pineapple! You won't regret it.
