Defenitly Ben White, 7 plates, Stan has done 5 plates incline for reps no prob, Robert Burneika has done 6 per side, I know Andy Haman video doing 600 for 4 is fake, but he can probable do around 550 for a single, Ronnie obviously, and don`t say he`s retired cause Zack kahn hasn`t been active in years. Branch maybe, but don`t know for sure, Johnny no, not on bench.There is probably another 2-3 yet, I mean 4 plates for ten is no biggy know adays, although in all fairness the form Zack Kahn used if sped up with no pause and a smaller range he woùld`ve gotton 20 reps for sure,

he did 4 plates for 12 reps, and that "pause" makes the lift incredibly harder. 405 for 12 pause reps even for a huge juicer is damn impressive. Sped up smaller range isn't really anything to write home about, those repetitions should only be used as a burnout set.

its not how much you can bench! it is how much YOU LOOK like you can bench ,, i am a very strong bodybuild,, i love and loved lifting heavy but! this is not the route to the top friends,,
3 plates on smith machine each side...can create the best chest in the world IF! YOU got the genetic shape for that pacs..that include structure,, and if you got the right hormones in blood!

I was watching his video blog. Three days after coming back from the surgery at the hospital he was trying to put his socks on... couldn't. Got upset, teary-eyed...

But you seem to know he trains like that now days also? I assume you know the second video is before the injuries..

i dont follow the lives of these IFBB pros on a daily basis, im not sure of the timeline... but the chest video of him that someone posted when he was doing 5 plates., dude could barely do one rep... as a bodybuilder, thats plain stupid. as a powerlifter, thats the way to train

My point is that Im sure hes learned from his misstakes at this point of his career. The second video is way before the injury and I dont know aobut the first. But the first wasn't crazy stupid just not the smartest thing. But maybe thats the type of training he needs to stay motivated. And to grow and not just maintain.
I doubt hes going to do something retarded now when everything healed up again. ..Hopefully lol.
