Muscle memory exists until death. Look how fast Arnold can get into shape in his 60's.problem is that you had to have muscle to begin with, and this old guy doesnt look like hes ever had any.

the frustrating thing is Vince didn't actually measure his arm at the start so he just thinks they are bigger. They may well be but there is still no actual evidence.
i'm still laughing at this guy claiming to lift weights, his arms look like hes never touched a weight, he has literally no triceps, look at the arm when hes flexing his bicep the underside of the arm goes straight across, no triceps hanging down.
It's not healthy to weight 240 at your age, Big Vince :-\

The second picture is taken at a closer distance. Not actual difference in arm size at all. This thread fails.
I have a thead here already so contribute there. The facts are I started around the beginning of September. I didn't want to know how small my arms were so I didn't measure them. I suspect they were under 16 and that would be the first time in decades. On my 69th birthday I took the photo which was after pumping my arms to 17 1/2". I was growing rapidly those few weeks. The photos taken on the 11th of this month show a cold near 18" arm, and a somewhat larger pumped arm. Yes, the angles are not the same so it is not easy to compare. However, my arms measured 18" cold this morning so I am pleased about that. There was definitely over 2 inch gain in approximately 2 months training. Not just any kind of training but DOMS training using specific exercises and equipment and done in a particular way.
Both photos were taken with direct light or a flash so it wiped out any definition in the arms. I am smoothe, yes, but my arms are not fat. They are hard as a rock. It amazes me that they are like this. I think I have shown the doubters that I can still grow at my age. Losing bodyfat at my age is not at all easy but that is yet to come in stage three. I am trying to get motivated enough to start working my legs. I am about 240 pounds now which is the heaviest I have ever weighed. I was about 190 at contest weight when I won the Mr Canada in 1970.

Less dan two months ago he started training just arms at 69 years of age. His arms have gone from 16 inches to 18 inches. That is fucking impressive whatever you say about this senior master of muscledom. Don't believe him? Proof is in the pic.

Come to my gym and see for yourself. My triceps are the part that have significantly grown. Photos can be deceiving. I am not some wannabe guy using an anonymous handle. I am a gym owner, former champion bodybuilder and I build and design gym equipment. I tore a biceps in 1977 doing over 500 pounds in the deadlift so have to be careful when training biceps. My right biceps has lost the supination part and I get pain when I do curls. So building my arms larger is a real challenge and should be respected by the flotsam here. Those bagging me can post recent photos of their arms so we can see who is behind the keyboard.
What gym, Vince? What is the name and web address?
What is your exact location?

It's crazy to think this guy actually completed at one point and looked good. How someone turns into that delusional mess is just weird. Dementia? Delusion? Old age? What could cause this

Hard drinking takes its toll . . . Rosacea, very lose skin, a general hagarred appearance.
I'd be ashamed to look like that.

Same shirt for two months, this offends.
