I did 14 at my best when I was in military.
Got an additional day of vacation because of excellent performance in muscle condition tests... oh, the days 8)

Not bad,I see worse every day,but none of the reps were full range of motion,and you used your legs to help with a bit of momentum.
All the way down,legs kept still, crossed at the ankles, and your doing them 100% perfect.
Again,I`m nitpicking, as most people I see can`t do many at all.......... and usually not one rep is done correctly.

at least you do pull ups, most guys dont even bother doing things other than machines.

It's been long concluded that it's only an excuse to not to be able to do good pull ups with any bodyweight if you're in shape.
It's what you do what makes you, not what you could do but won't do it anymore because you reached new bodyweight.

Can't imagine my back workout wihtout pull ups. Have been doing them from day one. Currently - 8 perfect reps (WIDE grip) at 227lb + 55lb weight on a belt. Idk whether it's a good result, but I haven't seen anyone doing more then that at my gym so I'll take it as a good sign..

That was decent form. Better than 99% of guys doing pull ups. Most 400lb bench pressors couldn't do 10 pull ups with that form. Perfect form would be a dead hang without any kip what so ever but again it was really decent form.
Just youtube pullup or chins ups. Guys are so delusional. Doing chins with 50lbs with incredible cheating doing partials and kipping. I think it was Gironda that said the chin isn't fisnished when your chin reaches the bar but your upper chest.
Pullups and push ups are so underated.

And here how you should do them. When I was skinny, I was able to do 24 pull ups like nothing. It is amazing how the body weight affect in pull ups. Guys like you, who have meat only in his tongue, are good in pull ups, but try to do it with 260lb body weight.

i do them legs back and apart no momentum
but those are some good chins... guarantee half the big guys on this site couldnt do that

first guy was doing pullups but completley wrong, bet he got more of a pec workout that a back workout, second guy did perfect pullups that work the lats.

They are extremistic in everything they do, always looking exageratly for attention, and have troubles adapting to society's rules, because they also have troubles defining their own identity and respecting authority and hierarchy.
Also boys who got picked on by others during childhood and adolescence -often sons without a father figure- try to compensate by lifting weights, to develop muscles and survive in ther male world. They re insecure because they re girly, childish, feminine having been raised by a single mom. They lift obsessively hoping it will transform them into men, to compensate for their lack of influence from a father figure that was not there. Unfortunaltey they can get as big as they can it doesnt cure their insecurity and who they truly are, how they grew up being raised by a single mom. They re no as manly as other men whatever they do, and they often have a big lack of masculine presence they dont know how to balance, hence often being borderline homosexuals while trying to get their manhood back thru various manly activities (mma, cars, weight lifting etc). They are often the ones that, in order to get respect from other males will go the steroids route to get even "bigger" attemptint to cure their insecurity , but being natural not being "enough", they still feel "too small", insecure, amongst other males. The lack of a father figure also often means they didnt have guidance to continue studies and are often working shitty manual jobs.
