And here how you should do them. When I was skinny, I was able to do 24 pull ups like nothing. It is amazing how the body weight affect in pull ups. Guys like you, who have meat only in his tongue, are good in pull ups, but try to do it with 260lb body weight.
Not bad,I see worse every day,but none of the reps were full range of motion,and you used your legs to help with a bit of momentum.All the way down,legs kept still, crossed at the ankles, and your doing them 100% perfect.Again,I`m nitpicking, as most people I see can`t do many at all.......... and usually not one rep is done correctly.
i think that was a good effort ... i alays tell people i train not to cross their legs at it gives the temptation to "kicki do them legs back and apart no momentumbut those are some good chins... guarantee half the big guys on this site couldnt do that
