his former guru is in same league as genova in terms of intelligence but Kai himself seems to be on average getbigger level. and, assuming those drawings i've seen are his (which I kinda doubt honestly, given the fact that he's a liar) he's maybe a little bit above average. his drawings are mature, that's not 15 old kid copying someone, i used to draw a lot myself so I can tell.

If he used the same kind of form he does on flat bench with his back exercises, he could probably finally bring it up. Needs to do something about those shoulders, too. But the main thing I wish someone would communicate to him is to get REALLY LEAN. I know Adonis says he's a Jason fan, and Ad-man is keen to nail delusional people about how much fat they actually need to loose (sometimes to the point of hyperbole, but that's beside the point here). In his recent "chest" training video, Jason talked about competing at 175 and 4-5% bodyfat. It's clear he's more like 13-15% right now. I reckon he'd have to lose a shitload of weight to look good onstage. Think of him as an early LeafyBug with nowhere near as much muscle and balance -- and how much did Leafy weigh in his first contest? 138, and taller than Jason to boot?
I want to see the kid succeed. I really do. But until people stop sucking his dick dry with bullshit encouragement, he'll never even amount to 5th place in Mr. Bumbfuck Tri-County Invitational. As someone else here recently said, the key to winning shows, especially little ones, is being SHREDDED. All of the "hater reps," call-outs and bullshitting in the world means nothing onstage when you're not under 7% bodyfat or better.

i meant the effort he puts into a set, kid goes until his head looks like its ready to pop off, you have to have some hardcore internal drive and desire to train that way, he is just not all there genetically, kid does look like he has the potential to have some HUGE legs though, his calves are bigger than most IFBB pros already.

I feel sorry for Jason. Although, I have the same build as him and 5-6 years younger, I am fully aware that to progress as a bodybuilder you need 1-2g test + 1 synth, 25iu's of GH, and trenbolone, equipose for cutting. throw in diuretics for finish.

it doesn't mean that strength training is the answer either because there is no way anyone will reach 450-500lbs bench without drugs
so the answer is drugs and when drugs come into play it doesn't matter what approach it will work regardless
considering this his post is true but could be meaningless
which leads me to question his motives
or he suggested that you should use drugs and powerlifting to reach that 450-500 base and then consider hypertrophy training

I'll give the kid this: he actually has improved somewhat over the last couple of years. But his strength fluctuates like crazy. One workout, he's struggling with 225. In another, he *inclines* 225 and flat benches 315 for a few (? At least, I think. I'm actually a droid, and I have my memory wiped after most of his videos lest I get caught in a feedback loop over whether or not he is "for real" as you meatbags say). I reckon he is a very, very genetically/mentally challenged fuck who jumps on and off either Dianabol or that M1T shit on a whim.
