Is this guy correct? Looking at his stats he could be a getbigger

This post is why I always believed I should powerlift before I could be a bodybuild
i actually find this a very questionable statement because
it doesn't mean that strength training is the answer either because there is no way anyone will reach 450-500lbs bench without drugs
so the answer is drugs and when drugs come into play it doesn't matter what approach it will work regardless
considering this his post is true but could be meaningless
which leads me to question his motives
or he suggested that you should use drugs and powerlifting to reach that 450-500 base and then consider hypertrophy training
i dont know this post is throwing me into a state of confusion
