Ever had really bad front delt soreness that builds up and builds up during a couple of weeks? And no matter what you do to remedy it it never seems to go away?
Thats how I feel this week, I know I am training really hard at the moment but they just don't seem to recover at all and are getting worse with each training session?Its that sore it is disturbing my sleep. Anyone else ever experienced this and what did they do to remedy it? ???

Get an MRI....possible rotator issue....possible labrum issue......could be as simple as bicipital tendonitis, but if you dont take care of it, that turns in tendonosis

Doesn't seem pulled or anything? just very very sore and its both sides! When i do a front lateral raise with just my arm i feel it the most. Just put it down to severe overtraining and have deceided to take 4 days off now to see if it makes any difference. :(

Take a couple weeks off if you can. 4 days won't do shit.

If you got the money I'd go see a specialist. If you don't than yeah, I wouldn't train upper body for a good 14 days.

Go see a dr now! Labrum tears are horrible to deal w and painful as hell over time
