Ever had really bad front delt soreness that builds up and builds up during a couple of weeks? And no matter what you do to remedy it it never seems to go away?
Thats how I feel this week, I know I am training really hard at the moment but they just don't seem to recover at all and are getting worse with each training session?Its that sore it is disturbing my sleep. Anyone else ever experienced this and what did they do to remedy it?
