but you're all natural man, naturals don't need that much food.

for what possible reason would you need to force food down your stomach since, it's not as if you are taking orals that would be suppressing your appetite, right?

Hmm. So, you eat 2-3 x day, and don't want to eat 6x day? Try 4x, or 5x a day. Thank me later.

You can't seriously be that retarded that you're asking whether its "good" to eat "oats"?   ???  Other than that your post doesn't really say what else you're asking for, just says "need advice on food" wtf lol.  Sounds like a brutal attention whoring thread.

Hey mes, what`s your typical days diet look like?
yes just the guy I wanted some input from
for eg today
for breakfast I ate a can of tuna and bread
.. a jamaican pattie for a mid day snack
and for dinner jerk chicken and white rice
Title: Re: Food Question

Oh brother, mesomorph just started this thread in hopes that it turns into other getbiggers questioning how he can eat so little, then question his natural status, etc.  Seems like he's feeling left out after the Pat Banya thread lol.

Add in salads,veggies,eggs,more chicken,more rice

I`d eat small meals 4-5 times a day using these foods, and drink a ton of water.

adding in these foods will help you gain bigtime.

10 eggwhites,or 6 whole eggs,2 cans of tuna, etc.,added to your present diet will give you a lot more protein and it`s pretty light and easy to eat.

Title: Re: Food Question

whats a typical day in regards to meals look like for you

breakfast: porridge and a protein shake
before midday: a small sandwich (maybe egg) and an apple
lunch: chicken/mutton with rice, maybe some plantain too
afternoon: usually another sandwich or just some fruit
just before leaving work: protein shake
post gym: protein shake
dinner: small chicken and rice portion

I try to do this most days, but don't always have porridge @ breakfast, and sometimes I don't have a shake just before leaving work.

Bro,you could easily seperate the white part of the egg from the yolk, that`s what I do.....much cheaper.

TBH I don't like drinking protein shakes so I looked into the liquid egg white thing.
Also the concept of cracking open 6 eggs in one sitting isn't something I'd want to get into on a daily basis either.
You can order liquid egg whites from myprotein.com, I know a few people that do.  I may look into it too.
Yeh still at Bodyworks man.  How's training going for you?  What are your goals anyway, more size, strength??

typical...
crying about how those accusations are ridiculous, and how if people were 100% on their diet, training, and supplementation they'd look good... drugs aren't the answer

then... to remind people "i'm still alive, please look at me"...
"I eat like 'shit', what can i do to eat better?"

here's the decoded message you're probably looking for in a PM...
up the GH by 2-4 iu, up the tren by 30-50%, and train 20-30 minutes longer per day.

oh... sorry... i meant
eat 200 more grams of tuna, but make sure to rinse it out good cuz the salt will make you hold water, and mix the oats with cinnamon and splenda, cuz cinnamon can act as a thermogenic and make you leaner while getting bigger.

So for the new year Ive decided to up my food Im not a big eater and eat 2 to 3 meals a day
Ive started to really force a can of tuna at night and already i can see a difference
....
need advice on food
I dont want to be eating 6 times a day ... i literlly could not anyway..
for eg is oats good....

Here is my advice: if you want to put on mass, what matters is to eat calories every time you go hungy to spare the protein of your muscles from being broken down by your liver into glucose via gluconeogenesis to supply your brain with the glucose it needs.

You don't need to eat protein every three hours, and you don't need to force feed yourself. You should eat something whenever you are hungry. The key is hunger. The hunger is a sign from your body telling you that it will start to chew up your muscles for glucose if you don't feed it soon. Force feeding yourself will result in you getting fat.

Bananas, cereal bars and loafs of whole-grain bread, a turkey breast sandwich with tomatoes or even a bag of peanuts are all easy to carry around and will assure that your muscles don't get chewed up, although I don't really recommend making eating peanuts frequently as a medium-sized bag can have up to 1,000 calories

SUCKMYMUSCLE.

where in Jamaica is your family from?  I just spent 10 days in Clarendon [Kellits] over the Christmas holidays.
