Ferrigno before after /could be interesting to show the results of being on obvious hrt doses all life long.
Also i think gunter schlierkamp has become quite the tiny 120 lbs bitch nowadays but i struggle to find recent pics of him on google. If i remember corectly even on hrt he still beats a juiced to the gills "big down hill" in arm poses.

I will say that a lot of these guys are off gear,but they haven`t been training either......and some got sick and can`t really train much.
Even if off gear completely,some of these guys would still look good/decent if they kept training.

I watch prison show once in awhile on nat geo. There are some legit beasts in the prison weight rooms. How are these guys getting so jacked without hormones.

A lot of people who have been inside say you can get hormones. I think that is weird as hell and I doubt its true.
I think there are a lot of freaks out there, and that these pre determined numbers of what is genetically possible are just not true.
It's like basic training for the Army.... everyone goes in and does the same shit, no one is on hormones....and people come out with
different levels of muscularity.
Some people are just born with the blueprint to be big.
I saw a guy in a county jail that said he was 190, about my height, 5'10, and he looked like he could compete. This was on 3 damn baloney sandwiches a day
and a kid sized carton of milk.

I can give him his props; there was a period when he actually looked good. And remember he was a wrestler--not a bodybuilder--but he is younger than me and looks a lot more run down. When muscle heroes fall they fall hard! Only Lex Luger fell harder. :'(

Same here. The others you can laugh at and enjoy their fall from muscle godhood. They look like a person of average of below average muscular development. Francois not only looks small, he looks unwell. I know he actually suffers from some kind of medical issue. The saddest part was that he was amazing in his day.

Ya the shit is no joke for sure. If I was dealing with shit like that, I'd really look into doing 10,20,30 even 40 day water fasts at a time. Also load up on the Cinnamon and pineapple juice.

I would have overdosed on all the good stuff like all the top guys did who lied about doing a little.
