Same here. The others you can laugh at and enjoy their fall from muscle godhood. They look like a person of average of below average muscular development. Francois not only looks small, he looks unwell. I know he actually suffers from some kind of medical issue. The saddest part was that he was amazing in his day.

Its fucked up, isn't it? Guy was superhuman, now because of his colitis he can't even keep "normal" size

Colitis is a fucked up disease. A buddy of mine had it and when it would hit him hard, he would be in the hospital and drop to 135-140 lbs. Had doctor bills up the wazoo

I believe the severity differs and usually one needs to have a part of colon removed, which impairs bodily functions, diet and lifestyle.
Many, like greg zulak, have to wear either a colostomy bag or a diaper

Ya the shit is no joke for sure. If I was dealing with shit like that, I'd really look into doing 10,20,30 even 40 day water fasts at a time. Also load up on the Cinnamon and pineapple juice.
