So you did the back/chest combo?
I just arrived home from my training. I started with negative chins, I suck in my grip strength, but I forced myself to do them without straps.

Did Tbars, Deadlift, Pulldown, Flat BB, incl DB, flat fly. 3 Sets each, sissy weights to wake up the joints to another 4 months of muscle memory !
And I always use straps with rows and deads.

Sounds good! Do you have an olympic barbell and squat stand/rack/cage at home?

Nah, haven't got a squat rack, only stands. But I do have an old leg press, I do squats after leg press and extensions, so I can just let the bar roll off my back if I get stuck. I hate squats btw...

Even when he is doing that 315, you can't help but look at him and feel lethargic.

No doubt Stan is one of the strongest but struggling with 405 on inclines?? In comparison levrone did 405 clean reps for sets of 2 for 6-8 with no help, then 15 reps with 315.... Right after flat bench around 2 weeks out....

I know that ::) but Kevin is definitely stronger in terms of bbing strength type work outs as evidenced in this vid. Stan couldn't even do 405 for 6
Them theres Dan hill weighing 280, struggling with 315. Yes it's not powerlifting but for that size PATHETIC!!
