I am 200 lbs at 9%. Next week I am upping the dose: 700mg test prop, 100mg dbol daily, 80mcg clen in the morning and 50mcg t3 before bed. So I am going from 1g a week to 1400mg.
This is what I am noticing so far: you can eat pretty much whatever and I do. No dieting here. You look bloated a little and puffy and I am realizing now that hgh is needed to look sharp. You walk around with a mild high every waking moment pretty much. You do not need heavy weigths and training is overrated (I am still doing circuits 3 times a week and the heaviest thing I use is dumbell presses for chest at 45 lbs). Diet does not matter that much, training just has to be there nothing crazy and it's all about the substances and their quality.
As far as training, I am doing 3 times a week 30 min whole body circuit training with light-moderate weight followed by 30 min cardio,and
Tue Thu and Sat I do abs and 1 hour cardio. Sunday is off.

You still haven't answered my question. I'm curious, what made you want to make the transition from natural to juicing. You did look good natural.

I was clean not natural ... just some t4 and clen in the old pics.
I wanted to look like a bodybuilder again. One last hurrah if you will. And I am loving it! ;D
I also would like to thank gh15 for all the info and to Steve Namat for advices on fatburner timing and dosage. I take 80mcg clen upon waking up and 50mcg t3 before falling asleep. It works great!

because weight don't matter and you can stay injury free and not kill yourself or spend hour in the gym... I am living proof it don't matter.
Wanna hear the craziest part? I am not training legs AT all except for the moderate cardio. And they grow along and are up to par in size with the rest lol

Next time you do happen to come off, make sure you're big and lean first. We both know you won't look the same but you'll look better.
I don't come off anymore but when I stop pinning for a few weeks I always make sure I look and feel great.
Post some pics soon because a fired up sevencocks is surely going to look lean and mean. 8)

You getting a lot of fluid retension from the d-bol? Trying to plan my first cyle in a couple years and I've never taken d-bol. I retain water pretty easily and dont like the bloat feeling

he recomended clen in the morning with a grapefruit fresh .. I take 60mcg and sometimes 80mcg. At night I take 50mcg ... you are drenched in sweat and I am waking up at least once to change clothes .. he gave me very good advice .. it's working much better than what I did before.

no.. I sleep like a baby. Your body heats up after a few hours and you sweat profusely. If you think about it it makes sense to take it before sleep. Same with clen in the morning.
Does anyone have any advice for blood pressure? I feel like I am going to burst sometimes lol

i tell myself the same thing but with dieting, damn and i was so disciplined 4 weeks ago...
cardio is fucking amazing i don't see what problem you have, just hop on the machine put some chill music and start to walk/run/cycle, 5mins in and you are deep into your thoughts.
today i planned on light 20mins cardio ended up doing 1hour and i could stay there for another one if i hadn't any plans.
