I am 200 lbs at 9%. Next week I am upping the dose: 700mg test prop, 100mg dbol daily, 80mcg clen in the morning and 50mcg t3 before bed. So I am going from 1g a week to 1400mg.
This is what I am noticing so far: you can eat pretty much whatever and I do. No dieting here. You look bloated a little and puffy and I am realizing now that hgh is needed to look sharp. You walk around with a mild high every waking moment pretty much. You do not need heavy weigths and training is overrated (I am still doing circuits 3 times a week and the heaviest thing I use is dumbell presses for chest at 45 lbs). Diet does not matter that much, training just has to be there nothing crazy and it's all about the substances and their quality.
As far as training, I am doing 3 times a week 30 min whole body circuit training with light-moderate weight followed by 30 min cardio,and
Tue Thu and Sat I do abs and 1 hour cardio. Sunday is off.
