mix oats with eggs, let them soak for a while and fry the mixture in a pan...you can add some unions, peppers etc.

Unless you're a competitive bodybuilder, the milk thing doesn't mean shit. Try eating them raw, i do, and they taste better that way.

this is a serious post if you want liquid carbs why don't you just have a glass of juice or soda? or gatorade does something in the oats or milk supposed to make you a better athlete maybe the milk but not the oats thats for sure. I would go as far to say mountain dew has more anabolic properties then oats. your basical drinking a glass for of nasty shit for a few grams of fiber

Oats don't build muscle anyways- and...why the fuck do you eat oats? Arnold didn't eat oats, none of those old timers guys did. Dorian used chocolate as his main carb source, arnold used icecream lol.... ..they are better carbs for muscle growth anyways. Jay swears by them but I would much rather look like arnold and gh15 did than Jay and eat my icecream.

it's not a must to eat it or to consider it your main source of carbs but again why not to consider it another option every now and then.. when you eat the same thing every day you may find it boring!!..

Nowadays Ive ditched oats for bread with honey. Works fine.

I don't eat oats anymore, but when I used to, I would put them in a magic bullet blender with protein powder and
a banana. Makes them taste pretty good, I never wanted to eat oats any other way after trying that.
Someone already mentioned it, but oats cause inflammation bad... all carbs do, but oats are worse than a lot of
other carbs. I ditched them for that reason. Inflammation = bad health.
Plus, carbs are my favorite macro to eat. I try to blend the stuff I don't enjoy all that much, and actually eat the
food that I enjoy. A nice bowl of potatoes is more fun for me to eat than a shake of oats, and I am still hitting
the same macros.
