My dad used to get up in the middle of the night during his sleep and fucking cool a meal, eat it and go back to bed. I never understood how people get up in the middle of their sleep for a snack or a full meal. I've never in my life woke up in the middle of the night thinking that I needed a meal.
So who here does that?

I used to BINGE on tasty food every middle of the night, this past summer...
Always so hungry but never put an ouce of fat (the drugs clearly worked :D).

I get hungry as hell in the middle of the night sometimes, usually just have a shake or some peanut butter to kill the craving though

Truth is you dad was upset, because your mom was cheating on him, he only cooked as subterfuge.

For peeps who sleep early (not too long after dusk), this is a part of a natural sleeping pattern.

The first semester of my senior year of college, I went fullblown Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty II. I went from a ripped (sub 8%) 162 pounds to 188 (12%) in about 3 months.
The deadlifting and supersetting of leg extension/squat had me ravenous at all times.
It was not uncommon for me to wake up in the middle of the night and make a Myoplex shake with whole milk, ice cream and all natural peanut butter.
I once figured out the calories in this shake, and I found out it was pushing 1000 calories.
I also used to be lazy and eat an entire row of Oreo double stuff cookies with 2 big glasses of whole milk and then go back to bed.

I set my alarm clock to precisely 3 AM everyday so I can stay in positive nitrogen balance.

Fuck that shit,you grow while you sleep.
I have a hard enough time sleeping.....once I do,I hate to wake up and stare at the ceiling again.
Used to read all about those guys setting their alarms clocks to have a fucking shake................jus t takes obsession to another level IMO.

Correction, to goto the bathroom. In fact he never stated what he did there, only that he must do so every 2-3 hours.

My brother's friend took GH in the early years, and the doctor advising him told him to eat 1/2 gallon a night.
As a lifetime natural, I am somewhat jealous.

haha, i do this all the time. but i'm not in great shape now. not bad, but not lean. i sleep like shit, spend 12 hours in bed trying to get 6 hours sleep. seem to get my best sleep from 7am to 10 am.

It really sucks when you can't go the whole night without waking up a few times. This is when I can fuck up my diet so what I've been doing is setting aside some calories for this time cause I know for a fact I'll be waking up to eat.
I usually just have a few eggs or something like that but since I like to cycle my carbs I may have some oats. Last week when I loaded up on carbs at night it was great cause I woke up nice and full.
