I know there's a thread about it somewhere, but couldn't find it now...
So the general consensus here on GB is to eat when hungry...
My question is WHAT type of food to eat when hungry and how much of it?
Does it include tasty food aswell? Lol
I have a big appetite and I overeat easily, hence the chubbiness..
Also when cutting... How would you eat then?

I eat frequent, small meals, whenever hungry. The size of the meal = whatever alleviates that feeling of hunger--and not a bit more.
What to eat? Anything not processed. Basically as our ancestors did, when virtually all ethnic groups were fairly lean and strong.
Try to eat lean, but listen to your body.
If your energy is low, adjust your diet until you reach equilibrium.
I'm not a nutritionist, but this works for me.

Good post! I think this makes sense to those who are perpetually lean and not so much for those that gain fat easily? I'd like to hear responses to this as well.
I'm sure age is a factor too..

I try to eat when i'm hungry and that traslates in three to four large meals a day, i dont have a big appetite so somethimes i must force myself to eat or i end eating two meals a day. :)

man i wish i could find drugs that blunt my appetite. drol does not do this, even ephedrine barely works. just caffeine and clen but those drugs wane in effectiveness after awhile

problem is if you were a fat ass when you were younger like myself, you cant distinguish between actual hunger and cravings for food. I have to plan my days at least slightly in order to not overeat. if your not a compulsive eater then you know when your physically hungry
