Title: there really is no point in training if you are truly natural
Post by: diamondcut on March 12, 2012, 02:24:31 AM
if you have had the taste of roids in your system and you know what it feels like to look how you want to look

no amount of clean eating or insane training regimen will give you the look that you want, there is always something to be desired. no natural will ever look impressive with normal fitting clothes on, not XS shirts

i was training in the gym today and this dawned on me, after being off cycle for a month and feeling like run down crap

i just wanted to share this tidbit with the thunderdome

training is worth doing if you are a natural if you aim for athleticism and health, but if you are aiming for an incredible physique, forget it

it prevents your physique from hitting rock bottom but that's about it

Yep, sad but true.
But one must just cope.... change the target.

No one ever looks like he has ever been to gym (when clothed) if he's natural.

Weight training gives you a overall good and relaxed feeling. You may not look huge but fit.

And if you fit in xs shirts you are small from beginning, which leads to your insecurity.

its not so much insecurity but rather just a feeling of void

a void of having one of your accomplishments disappear without the presence of drugs in the system

and the sad realization is that the accomplishment cannot be done without drugs in the system

to be honest i don't even feel like there is a point in doing 4 month cycles unless you are a young guy and are in to dabble,

otherwise there is no point in yo-yoing with your weight and losing your gains doing the 4 month on 4 month off type of thing

might as well stay on or do variations of blast cruises

the world of steroids really is like opening pandoras box

when you open it, there is no going back to what you once were, nor the natty test levels you once produced

I disagree ... you can be big as a natural but you will be 13 - 15% body fat

and most people (depending where you live) have not seen people as muscular as pro body builders. so any one with some size or a vein they think is huge

I disagree, this sounds like an excuse, which it is.

excuses are pointless and will get you no where

Rami are you saying that diesforthecock is the type of 'trainer' that loads up 405 on the bar in the squat rack, asks someone for a spot, unracks the weight, reracks it after 2% rom because he doesn't like the tempo of the background music?

yes probably lifts to heavy, and as a natural you should never try low carbs, all that does is make you want to go home and lay down

The OP has the assumption that EVERYONE wants to look huge and be a pro bodybuilder. Sorry OP, but some peoples lives consist more of just roiding up to get big. A lot of people just like to look and feel good and stay in shape. Getting big muscles isn't their whole lives.
