My routine has me hitting legs once a week. Lately i've been skipping about once a month.
I've come to the realization that I don't have the desire to step on stage. I also feel that no matter how hard I hit legs, they don't change much anymore, as I've been lifting 20 plus years natty.
How often do you skip your leg workout? Be honest!
-
every week i hit them and i never skip, they are my strongers BP but havent train them for a month because i'm verry bussy with school 25th starting again to hit the gym hard!

Never ever. Sometime I skip arm workout though.
-
Maybe 1-3 x year. And almost always because of a weekend ball tourney/hangover.
-
I never skip legs,though it looks like I do ! :D

I love training legs, n
-
I skip, not often at all, but I have done it, usually I try to make it up another day, but sometimes I couldn't be fucked. I missed it this week!
-
Maybe 5 times a year, although I split up quad and ham training now.
Most of the time I choose to skip legs because they grow easily for me.
-
sounds like you are a pathetic excuse for a lifter. You probably don't even know how to work legs so they don't grow. My first year of training my legs blew up and they are one of my signature body parts.
Front squats, back squats, glute hamstring raises, and stiff leg deads for the hams as well.
I never skip. Legs are one of the best thing to work.
-
I pin quads and glutes so that's one of the only reasons why I skip it. I otherwise try hitting them twice a week at a big higher volume if I'm able to. I walk on an incline on the treadmill every workout though, and that alone really pumps them up. And I ironically do a lot of reverse lunges too lol, but before all the damn memes here I swear ;D

Ok, JIZZONYOU...... sounds like you're just mad because I posted "thanks Captain Obvious" on your "neglected exercise" thread.
You're gonna get annihilated on this website with your shitty attitude, buddy. Just wait and see.

actually I did not see your reply :) but thank you for looking at my topic.
The fact that you even made a topic about skipping exercises shows you are a pathetic excuse for bodybuilder. you must be some steroid junkie who thinks he can get away with not training and still grow.
good luck with that chump!
-
i train legs twice a week, 3 exercises per session.
i think legs are the only bodypart that is improving for me.
i used to have better legs but i was slacking off training legs for a few months so they atrophied

Let's see some of your astounding pics JIZZONYOU
I bet you're under 5'8'', less than 155 pounds and wearing a wife-beater with spaghetti sauce stains on it right now.

I never skip legs for a whole week but sometimes if I don't feel like training at all and it happens to be leg day, I'll do an easy bodypart like shoulders or chest and do legs the next day
-
Hardly ever, I like working legs.
If I skip something it's back or abs, fuck working abs.
-
almost never
-
I rarely miss any workout. Lifestyle.
-
i workout every bodypart once a week, legs i tend to miss a workout every 3 or 4 weeks
-
Never, because I enjoy squatting heavy!
-
Never started training legs.
-

I def skip arms, so boring to me. They dont seem to get bigger or smaller no matter what.
-
If people started being honest you'd quickly find out most of getbig hasn't been anywhere near a gym in months.
-
I skip it once a week.
Of course I only have it scheduled once a week,... soo.... yeah. :-\ :(
-
train legs three times a week i skip once a year at most
-
I try not to if I skip a workout for the week it's usually legs. I really need to bring them up to. I'm way to top heavy.
-
Chest/abs/triceps.
That's all you need to train.
HTH.
-
Very rarely. More often than skipping them, I'll do something that is easier to begin the workout and then move into my squats/lunges/stiff legs. I have always found it entertaining to find the guys who think that doing the stair master or step mill constitues "Leg Day."
-
Last Sunday was the last one I'm ever gonna skip now I'm gonna work them twice a week.... Lol
-
never skip but it seems 50% of the time I am banged up in some way that prevents me from doing them good knees hurt or back hurt or back pump when it rains makes it hard to do them good also. Its impossible to train right when you drop stength from pain. I just gave up on squats do 300 for 15 one week the next 7 lol then 16 then 6 thats not gettin me anywhere. I can usually do legpress good hack squats 60% of the time if i hurt I just been doing a shit load of legcurls.
-
Pretty often these days. Looking at a hip replacement before 40 if I keep squatting so it's kind of easy to skip them when things hurt.
They're still almost as big as back when I was squatting huge weights every week... just im not in constant pain and can tie my own shoelaces most mornings.
-
i hope i dont go the injured old cargo route like a lot of you guys
but my old coach he's 63 and still squatting 140kg for a few reps on a good day
how is that even possible i dont really know
parallel depth or slightly above parallel

As many times as Musclecenter updates his pics.
Training legs as a non competitive bodybuilder.. pfffft lol. What for? To show them off to men online so they can tell you that your glutes to hams tie-in looks amazing?
-
All the time.. I substitute it with cycling..

well you do have a point there....
do women care more about bench press?
i took girlfriend to weigthtlifting competition that was really impressive to her i guess because it appears fast and u lift the weight from the ground over the head so it's easy to understand for an outsider instead of being on a bench lying down....
-
about 80% of the time i skip legs.
don't give a shit
-
its the bodypart i skip the most, together with abbs. but when i trained legs and have good pump and all i do love it, its more that the soreness after legday that makes me so fucking tired the rest of the week that i sometimes rather skip it..
-
I have not worked legs in 3 years. The DOMS was just too much, I would spend a few days gimping around the pain went away. But most of all doing legs would interfere with my running schedule. I like to run 4-5 miles every other day.

This is what Ive found too. I just do high rep bodyweight squats now, as I like to run 3-4x a week. Leg day would tend to ruin my week for running.
-
Never as they re my weakest part so if i could only workout once a week itd be legs. My arms are pretty shit too but they re quite strong, ,my legs look shit and they re weak!
-
has been 7 months since my last leg session
;D
