Since I've been having probs with MS,
My resting heartrate is real fucken low lol, currently it's 44bpm, lowest it drops to is 38bpm.
Obviously when i'm running gear or even ephedrine this bumps up to 65/70bpm, but my normal rate is too low methinks?
I know tour defrance cyclists and marathon runners can have very low resting heart rates, about same as mine, but I don't even do that much cardio......
SO what's your current heartrate my brothers........?
We can do rankings hahaha
-
How bad is your MS?
-
I think the lower the heart rate is, the better it is health wise?
I might be wrong.

It's 'Primary Progressive MS' so won't get better or decline etc,
Ok at the moment, just have trouble walking past a mile or so and eye problems/hearing problems
But still lifting like a beast, and smashing the shit out of my wifes young vagina so it's all good lol

Normal heart rate 60-100. For athletes if doing alot of cardio running and such it may hit 40-50....which the lower the better most times below 40 is too low.

Agreed, I suppose it gets less 'mileage' the lower the rate - but it used to be about 65bpm until 6 months ago. I got admitted into hospital for a week as they thought I had a brain haemorrage (scary shit lol) and they confirmed my intercranial/skull pressure was too high, and when I looked this up the literature said that when pressure in braini gets too high the heart rate goes into 'bradycardia' / drops dangerously, mine was down to 38bpm for a while oh brother.........week after out of hospital i'm looking up that shit online and find a quote in the med dictionary that basically says "When the pressure gets too high the heart rate drops, and this is a sign that the patient is approaching death" Fuck me I was thankful to be out and safe with my family after that shit.
I'm sure a low rate is better than high, but there must be a 'limit' so to speak - as DK mentioned i'm sure like low 30's would fuck you up / not enough oxygen to the brain etc?
It's all good

Hahaha yes, give me the regular pussy that cooks good dinners, over plenty of fish anyday ;D
-
Low 40's, upper 30's is low. However, many athletes do have rates this low. If you have other medical conditions (MS), then you might want to get it checked out. Easiest method would be to see a cardiologist, and get an ultrasound to measure your cardiac output. If you're perfusing fine, and aren't having any shortness of breath, then you could just have a low heart rate.
-
So if it is 0 you are very healthy?
Hahah ;D
Mine is 60-75 resting, sometimes even lower in the morning. Some stress and it's 85-95...
About a year ago it was like 45 bpm for a month, got it checked it was fine, took a little time off the gym and it went back to normal.

60-70 sounds good.

60-70 sounds good.
I'd say thats probably optimal for keeping blood flowing/not overusing the heart muscles.

Well on the other hand height, weight, bf etc would all be factors to consider.

dont fall under the trap of medical diagnosis hysteria
MS is just feeling dizzy as shit sometimes and anxiety even heart issues or feeling you are gonna collapse in a grocery store
read my post above. my heart goes out to you, i went through this a few years back. SERIOUSLY EAT BETTER AND MORE VARIETY YOU WILL FIND THAT IS KEY, BELEIVE IN OTHER FOODS, BELIEVE THERE IS A PURPOSE FOR SO MANY DIFFERENT FOODS, LET IT HELP YOU. pm me if you need to good luck bro

stay away from caffiene , it will contribute to MS symptoms
coco with some sugar is much safer for a little kick but not nearly as powerful as caffiene
i was very lean when i experienced these symptoms aswell.

Well, i'm an shw pl, so i guess i'm just an odd case and/or lucky. :D

That's only ''pre-hypertension'' (slight elevation) you should keep an eye on it, but not stress about it.

Here's a little test: If this does not raise your heart rate, you should see a doc immediately.

It's all good
woman i know (a near neighbour) suffered a brain hemmorage just recently. major brain surgery and the fucking lot. bang!! just outta the fucking blue like that.
she got very unwell at home, luckily for her her son was visiting and was concerned enough to call an ambulance. turned out that saved her life.
i didn't recognise her when she eventually got out of the hospital. she's fucked, man. on some heavy duty meds including steroids. i don't know what happened to her eye, but there's a big bandage over it.
'walks' bent up with a walking stick like an old woman. its all just really sad and terrible.
i don't know much about ms. but it sounds like some pretty serious shit judging from your post...! good luck with that man :)
the sad thing is, i know scum who have never worked a day in their lives, who are on the sick for fuck all.
there's pissheads round here on fucking disability for being fucking drunks ::)

Wow poor lady man, thats how life is sometimes huh. There is a proverb that says "time and chance happens to us all" - so when someone wins the lottery, were glad but when someones struck with sickness we get all "why!!!" I spose you gotta eat the good with the bad sometimes lol
True about the fkn spongers though, i'm still working 40 hours a week lol. I'll still be working a full week if i'm in a wheel chair - just get me a new shaped fkn desk haha - What must the women of these low lifes think when they have a little back trouble and decide to stop working so their family can get the maximum benefits of £250 per week lol - i bet they get their blowjob rate instantly decreased to birthdays and christmas

My heart rate usually stays at a comfortable 50-60 bpm, unless I'm about to get owned by some tricycle-riding autistic spastic on the internet, in which case it momentarily goes up to 80-90.

I had that in my 20s, but I trained for the marathon (never did one btw), but if you never do cardio it is indeed a bit low.
Go have a checkup and an ECG...

mine is around 50 at rest.. they say 40-50BPM for resting heart rate actually means a healthy heart and good cardiovascular system

Low HR accompanied by low BP, i'd be worried than.
MS drugs can artificially lower both i believe.
Are you on any MS drugs? And any prolactin antagonists, if using Tren?
