Just wondering what the concensus was around here. I usually eat 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon or toast with some spinach and coffee. I always hear about how breakfast is the most important meal, but today I skipped it, and I don't feel any worse for wear. Any thoughts? ??? Johnny Falcon, I would like your opinion on this.

Skipping breakfast every now and then will do no harm but if you stop eating breakfast after a month i guarantee you will see a difference in your muscles.

I've done the whole "slacking off nutrition" thing, so why is it my energy, and look I strive for seems to slip when I slack off what would be military like nutrition for many here?
Add drugs and good nutrition, then you get somewhere. Most who do what you say still look like shit, this site is proof of that. Sad, but true...

what means breakfast, i get up every day at much diferent time, and when i get up i dont run into kitchen for ffod immediatiely, its not like im about to die.instead i drink some water and wait until the hunger becomes unbeareable.
thatll be an hour orso later, then ill have breakfast.
if i go to the gym early, i just go on empty stomach.
the body doesnt need the food from the breakfast for the gym an hour later, itll use what is stored from previous meals.

OK, I don't like to eat, would rather eat 3 times a day. If I were to listen to what I wanted to eat, really listen, i would have 3-5 meals a day. Not much protein, no quality fats and mostly junk. Yet I'm supposed to grow off such a diet/lifestyle? Stop kidding yourselves guys...

LOL!!! I'm eating now, will down a shake with oats while there, eat a bag of mixed nuts, maybe some whole eggs while hoping nobody notices what I'm doing. Then the drunks love to bring their questions to me, sometimes it's like I'm doing a seminar, fuck... Oh well at least they're behaving in the meantime, lol...
I just gotta eat, especially at work, my patience would not be as it is when I have food in me!
The post above this one you did is a good one. I've found when using peptides and dieting, waiting past the 3 hours point is no big deal. Past 4 hours though, I binge, so for me, it's not a good option.
We're back on track here it seems! But not binging especially when you get home at 6ish am is hard not too, diet or not!

yes always eat to feed the brain and the body, you are always stronger with food than without
but since you eat meat, meat digests extremely slow so may that is why you could get away with skipping breakfast because you still have rotting flesh in your intestines waiting to be digested playah!

I know exactly what you mean.....pretty sure most of us here do. We're obsessive compulsive with this crap...but its good for us and seeing the fat drunk wop or porkchop at work is just positive reinforcement.
I haven't touched any peptides yet but when and if I do I'll make sure to get some input from on them from ya since you seem to know what you're talking about.
But first, just take a look at the link below instead of talking to the guys killing the mickeys at work tonight...it's the gist of an intermittent fast type diet. Much of it is backed by actual science and research studies not by a bunch of broscience .....I'm sure you could appreciate something like that.\

hold on.i never said 3 meals is best.one can get away with it.
not much protein i never claimed either,200gramms daily is essential,with consistency over long periods.and i think junkfood is terrible.
a natty can get away with what you said and get some results maybe, but will then stagnate forever.
the eating all 3 hrs "rule" is ok as a refernce/calorie control tool during cutting diets and prevents massive hunger holes.
but all 4-4.5 hrs is ok too.
old school bulking phases i dont recommend either.
all i said there that its fine to wait abit after waking before having breakfast.sometimes i dont feel like chicken breast straight after getting up.
and the other point was, if you plan to go to gym early after getting up, its ok to eat after that, then the breakfast would be post workout.
a full stomach is bad for good workout imo.

That thing you mentioned galeniko... that you wait as long as you possibly can after a cheat meal to eat your next meal is good advice. It's sort of what Intermittent Fasting feels like tbh. Cause you have a certain time allotted to eat your meals and you're so full it feels like you just cheated and you have to hold of till a certain time to shove food down your throat again.
I was gonna add other stuff but got side tracked by whore calling me...will add more input as buzzed brain sees fit!

They've been told that "breakfast is most important meal" and they think "it makes sense". What they don't understand is that their pathetic reasoning is useless because of their lack of knowledge about mechanisms controlling human body.
I do believe eating something might be helpful, just for the sake of elevated aminoacids levels in blood. What I don't believe is that you have to eat "instantly" after waking up and make it your "biggest and most important meal". That's just bullshit. Considering the fact that your last meal from previous day is still being prolly digested when you wake up, you can just as well wait 2-3 hours or eat very light meal, or maybe just protein shake. Just focus on pre and especially post workout meals, they're far more important.
What I write is proven both by science AND by practice of those who tested every scenario. Don't get me wrong, I don't buy into "magic" of fasting either. What I do buy tho is that IF is an alternative that produces results. And if you call those guys twinks then hell, you guys must be fucking beasts, post your pictures :D

hunger is a good indicator of burning fat, esp when on steroids.

Breakfast is the only meal of the day that I tend to view with the same kind of traditionalized reverence that most people associate with Lunch and Dinner. I like to eat breakfast alone, and almost never before noon; anybody with a terminally jangled lifestyle needs at least one psychic anchor every twenty-four hours, and mine is breakfast. In Hong Kong, Dallas or at home — and regardless of whether or not I have been to bed — breakfast is a personal ritual that can only be properly observed alone, and in a spirit of genuine excess. The food factor should always be massive: four Bloody Marys, two grapefruits, a pot of coffee, Rangoon crepes, a half-pound of either sausage, bacon, or corned beef hash with diced chiles, a Spanish omelette or eggs Benedict, a quart of milk, a chopped lemon for random seasoning, and something like a slice of Key lime pie, two margaritas, and six lines of the best cocaine for dessert... Right, and there should also be two or three newspapers, all mail and messages, a telephone, a notebook for planning the next twenty-four hours and at least one source of good music… All of which should be dealt with outside, in the warmth of a hot sun, and preferably stone naked.

In Hong Kong, Dallas or at home — and regardless of whether or not I have been to bed — breakfast is a personal ritual that can only be properly observed alone, and in a spirit of genuine excess. The food factor should always be massive: four Bloody Marys, two grapefruits, a pot of coffee, Rangoon crepes, a half-pound of either sausage, bacon, or corned beef hash with diced chiles, a Spanish omelette or eggs Benedict, a quart of milk, a chopped lemon for random seasoning, and something like a slice of Key lime pie, two margaritas, and six lines of the best cocaine for dessert... Right, and there should also be two or three newspapers, all mail and messages, a telephone, a notebook for planning the next twenty-four hours and at least one source of good music… All of which should be dealt with outside, in the warmth of a hot sun, and preferably stone naked.
