Hunger. 
/you're trying way too hard.
And hunger is indicator of what? So is this funny to you? That makes it two of us. Being narrow minded like guys here is indeed funny. They've been told that "breakfast is most important meal" and they think "it makes sense". What they don't understand is that their pathetic reasoning is useless because of their lack of knowledge about mechanisms controlling human body.
I do believe eating something might be helpful, just for the sake of elevated aminoacids levels in blood. What I don't believe is that you have to eat "instantly" after waking up and make it your "biggest and most important meal". That's just bullshit. Considering the fact that your last meal from previous day is still being prolly digested when you wake up, you can just as well wait 2-3 hours or eat very light meal, or maybe just protein shake. Just focus on pre and especially post workout meals, they're far more important.
What I write is proven both by science AND by practice of those who tested every scenario. Don't get me wrong, I don't buy into "magic" of fasting either. What I do buy tho is that IF is an alternative that produces results. And if you call those guys twinks then hell, you guys must be fucking beasts, post your pictures
