i eat alot of sugar fat fiber and protien im getting back into a steady 7 day a week workout routine. i do manual labor 7 days a week i tend to drink 6 rootbeers a day
homeade breadsticks with TONS of maranara like a whole bottle =very healthy
2-3 cups of raw greens
2-3 cups of cooked beans
bowl of cereal
I love eating sun chips too with my beans at lunch. I have replaced fritos with sunchips they are superior and from the sun
i ll eat some grapes or cherrys
i notice the sodas rev up my metabolism to where i need to take a shit then i feel renewed and energy is freed up ready to have a good workout then consume more calories.
the massive amounts of beans help me have ample breath for my boxing lessons and squats i like to do

Hey Johnny, I was reading some of your old posts from the early 2000s, such as your Beach Diet and noticed you really did used to eat a lot of meat and low calorie. How is your strength now compared to then?

my strength is probably the same except im recovered faster on a daily basis, not getting stronger im guessing im not really testing max weight but i dont see the weights im lifting going up either lol just recover faster and fatter of course lol

yeas this video helped inspired big dick bob to upright row upwards 500 pounds + cant forget how he was mislead into such strong man training with the help

i really like the taste and energy but i think they are making some of the cavitys or indentions in my molars deeper and deeper :( ill have to do somethign about that

i know one thing my upper body can throw around those 40 pounders like nothing however on the flipside id get pretty winded doing squats like i did back in the day with that weight

are you still doing the lunges ma man?
i hit a point where i was so tightly sore or tendon sore i couldnt handle the heavy lunges and quit, then the next thing you know a few months go by and not a single lunge, but i have done some pushkicks on the bag and regular squats :-\

yeah this evening was the third consecutive night in a row i had to take another evening shit (eqaualing 5 a day). didnt think this was possible when i was younger, maybe others will see the truth come into perspective when they start beleiving aswell

In all seriousness, I find a handful of dried apricots and a spoon of golden linseeds in my cereal keeps me (almost) as regular as Johnny.
