Ach, I think I read on your website one time that you workout every day for 2 hrs+? Aren't you a PhD candidate, family man, and generally well-rounded person? How do you have time for such lengthy sessions? Do you really feel that they're necessary?

2 hrs a day is just too much but reality is 2hrs a day is the only way for me to look decent and probably big ach since hes a fat ass that easily gains muscle if he trains alot

Yes, my normal work outs are usually 2 - 2.5 hours, I can even go to three hours occasionally if I'm really into it, but the standard is two hours. Yes I am a PhD student in industrial engineering, and yes I am married (no kids yet though) but I love lifting, and my wife is very understanding so I always make time for it.
And believe or not I actually hate training arms.... actually I hate training everything except chest but I'm too insecure used to it to not try to be somewhat muscular. Arms are some of my longer work outs because I do a ton of volume in general and its like doing two muscle in one day bis and tris.
These days I try to watch my form a bit better and thus don't go as heavy, but still try to give it my all everyday!

You make good points honestly, I actually try to incorporate both heavy and light sets.... thats a part of the reason why my works outs take so long, because I do a ton of both!
Its been a long fucking time since I've looked like that bottom pic. Last time I competed was 2008....
I keep thinking I want to step on stage again, but its hard with the PhD.... Plus everytime I think about dieting I literally get miserable lol... and then I eat some burgers at BK and feel better! ;D
I will compete again someday... right now I'm just enjoying being fat and strong!

go ahead and call ur bullshit,,i have videos for all of it ( except those HORRIBLE CURLS) that only use momentum--i can make u guys some curl videos anytime,,not a big deal
bwt between 210-215 yes i'm only 5'8
flat bench an EASY 425
incline an easy 395
in front of face free bar military press 315x4
wide grip pull ups 8 reps with 90 lb on waist
600lb deadlift
im afraid to squat more than 4 plates for reps b/c ,,,im 30 and there is really no reason for me to screw knees and back up anymore than they already
i do side raises with that weight (80 or 85), and i dont swing them
put ur back against a wall and use some good form
when will people learn its not about how much you lift, its about how hard you lift
but as a last word, you're a huge guy, and anyone cal tell you have balls for putting it out there
keep working hard, maybe try to lean out just a smidge and you'll look phenom

Drop back down to the 40s and work from there. ;)
